Hello everyone! I am NONBEI traveler. This video is a record of our two stays at [The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo] in March 2024. I stayed in "Club Deluxe King" for my first stay and "Club Deluxe Twin" for my second stay. Since our stays were two weeks apart, we would like to introduce you to the differences in the afternoon tea sets. We would be happy if we could be of some help to those who are considering staying at [The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo] in the future. Well then, let’s start ☺ Now, I went to the club lounge on the 53rd floor. I’m happy to sit in my favorite seat ☺ You can see the National Stadium and the Shinjuku area. Nice weather and what a nice view. They served us a cherry blossom-flavored drink that is unique to spring. This may be out of the blue, but do you have a favorite hotel scent? I love the green citrus scent of the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, and I even have a diffuser at home. Even within the same Ritz-Carlton, each hotel has a different scent. Osaka also had a nice scent ☺ People say that scent and memories are linked. When I entered the hotel and was enveloped in this green citrus scent, I felt like I was back here! It makes me feel happy. Club Lunge at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo has food presentations five times a day. This time was “lunch” time, so light snacks such as sandwiches were prepared. There are also seaweed rolls. Delicious-looking bread etc. [Open Hours: 7:00-22:00] Afternoon Tea: 14:30-16:30 Hors d’oeuvre: 17:30-19:30 Cordial: 20:00-22:00 Breakfast: 7:00-10:30 Lunch: 11:30-13:30 The prawn frites and tartar sauce sandwich served with champagne was very delicious. Champagne from noon is the best! (lol) The lounge staff also brought out an assortment of desserts. Thank you ☺ Today’s afternoon tea. <Sweets> Zipafracte Mousse Orange Cream Mont Blanc Macaron Blackcurrant Sauce Vistachio Tart Gianduja & Sucresale <Savory> Tofu Cream Cheese Mousse Riku Hijiki Salad Shungiku Bure Green Radish Ravioli Snow Selection and Rape Tartare Ikura Maitake Mushroom Roast sautéed jumbo ham Citrus-flavored ponzu sauce Stem root bikules Rice season rillettes Melon and celery sandwich Shichimi chili pepper and sesame dip <Scones> Plain scones, yuzu scones, and clotted cream All the dishes were very delicious. ♪ After having a delicious afternoon tea, I headed to my room. The room is a Club Deluxe King located on the 53rd floor, the same top floor as the club lounge! Bright light streams in from the large windows. Thank you for the humidifying air purifier. A spacious and relaxing room. A large, sturdy desk that will help you get your work done. A stable and comfortable bed. The solid furniture is wonderful. Wow! This view is amazing! I’m glad we were blessed with good weather. The closet on the left has a shoe horn and a safe. I used a shoe polishing service, and I was very grateful to them for making my shoes shine. It’s the closet on the right across from the TV. This room is also quite large and comes equipped with fluffy slippers and bathrobes. Now, in front of the entrance is a minibar. Bottled water, sweets, and coffee Here you will find tea/coffee sets, wine glasses, and sweets/wine for a fee. Inside this door is a refrigerator. All fees apply. Finally, the amenities in the bathroom area, such as shampoo, treatments, and body soap, are from diptyque, just like in Vienna. Rest room shower amenities are also available. After relaxing for a while in our room, head to the National Art Center, Tokyo. I went to a special exhibition of [Matisse Free Form] by the French artist Henri Matisse, which was beautifully illuminated by the setting sun . [Matisse Free Form] February 14, 2024 (Wednesday) – May 27, 2024 (Monday) This unique cutout is cute ♡ I was able to spend time cultivating my sensibilities. Well, I returned to the hotel. The night view from the room is also very beautiful! I put my luggage in the room and headed to the lounge ♪ Club lunge "Hors d’oeuvre & Cordial" Hors d’oeuvre: 17:30-19:30 Cordial: 20:00-22:00 Bucket of fresh salads, pickled potato salad, etc. Cheese and dried fruits that go well with wine and delicious hors d’oeuvre Ratatouille and couscous salad Ham and beef tongue On the left is squid and mussels ceviche, on the right roasted beef with dressing and seasonings Hot dishes include zucchini gratin and coconut mixed seafood It was delicious! Roasted pork chashu sekihan! Feel JAPAN! ! And tonkotsu ramen. The chef will make it for you. I wish they had it in hotels in Germany…(Nagging) Looks delicious ♡ Thank you! ! Enjoy COEDO beer with your meal. The night view is so beautiful… ☺ I started missing Japanese beer, so this time I drank Koshihikari Echigo Beer. I’m happy because he can make my favorite cocktail at the bar counter ♡ Next up, I’ll try red wine Then, the bartender made me my favorite Salty Dog. All the dishes and drinks were delicious. During the coronavirus pandemic, appetizers were served on plates, but I’m very happy that they’re back to normal and I feel nostalgic. Although I stayed on a weekday, my impression was that 80% of the guests were from overseas and 20% were Japanese. I’m glad that I had a great time. I go back to my room and go to bed. Good night~ morning☀ Club Lunge "Breakfast": 7:00-10:30 In the morning, there is a wide variety of fresh vegetables and vermicelli noodles. bread Enjoy with champagne! It’s been about 10 years since I started staying here. The chef at the egg station has remained the same since then. I’m happy to see you again ♡ Beef cheek omelet with red wine sauce my favorite Ritz eggs Benedict And a second helping of champagne. Looks delicious…♡ The special waffle recommended by the chef was also very delicious! ! After breakfast, I went to Azabudai Hills. What I am looking for is Hermes, which opened its grand opening on Thursday, February 29, 2024. From this day on, Hermès began having customers receive numbers at the store instead of by lottery. Azabudai Hills has many curves both inside and out, giving it a Gaudi feel. The Hermès store was spacious and bright, with many rare jewelry items, and the SA staff was very kind, so I was able to shop comfortably. We returned to the hotel and had a relaxing time until the late checkout at 16:00 ♪ The wagyu sirloin sandwich and the salmon and avocado sandwich Absolutely delicious! I came back to stay two weeks later. The weather is nice today as well. A picture of wine that I forgot to take last time. This time, I stayed for my mother’s birthday. Sakura Macaron Pistachio Cream Cherry Blossom and Griot Crystal Flower Yvoir Ganache Monte Cherry Blossom and Raspberry Marmalade Mousse of green late beans and new onion, pickled red radish, cherry blossom-flavored jelly, arancini of sakura shrimp and green seaweed, salmon roe and olive oil capsules, butterbur and whitebait tartare, marinated tomato with citrus flavor, soy sauce maitake mushrooms, beef pastrami and spring cabbage coleslaw, cherry blossom dip and three-colored bread apple and cherry blossom scone, cherry blossom madeleine, clotted cream, cute in cherry color! ! The second stay was in a "Club Deluxe Twin" room. The first stay involves making a room on the symmetrical side. We were blessed with good weather this time too ☀ Our room is on the Roppongi Hills side. As I was shopping in Midtown, evening came quickly. Club Lounge "Hors d’oeuvre & Cordial" Hors d’oeuvre: 17:30-19:30 I went to the lounge. The food was not much different from last time, but it was delicious. There was a change in the cold dishes, but the hot dishes were almost the same! Mt. Fuji looks really beautiful and I’m impressed. Red wine, salty dog, gin tonic Dessert for Cordial time Taiyaki I will return to Germany with the night view of Japan etched in my eyes✈ Good night ☽ The breakfast menu was not particularly different from last time. During the meal, the chef brought my mother a dessert plate. Thank you for your consideration ♡ After all, drinking champagne in the morning is the best. (LOL) As expected, compared to hotels that have opened in recent years, the hardware seems a little outdated, such as the lack of a smart TV and the charging spot next to the bed. However, I once again felt that the “calmness, profound feeling, and soft hospitality of the hotel staff” was truly wonderful. Both stays were wonderful . Thank you very much!
