OMOカフェにてモンブランを自分で仕上げてみた
動画です
近江市場・兼六園・中央市場など金沢観光をした後ホテルに戻り気になっていたモンブランを自分で作ってみました
お店の方の説明をもらい動画のように完成しました
お味は今まで食べたことのない食感で爽やかな甘さとクリーミーなモンブランでまた食べてみたくなる美味しさでした

After sightseeing in Kanazawa, including Omi Market, Kenrokuen, and Central Market, I returned to the hotel and tried making the Mont Blanc I had been wanting to try
After receiving instructions from the staff at the cafe, I finished it as shown in the video
The taste was refreshingly sweet and creamy, with a texture I’d never tasted before, and it was so delicious that I wanted to try it again

OMO5金沢片町by星野リゾートは金沢観光の拠点としても便利な場所にあります
兼六園・金沢城・美術館を朝の散歩気分で行かれる立地で片町グルメを味わうにも場所も気軽に歩いて行かれる距離ですのでとても便利です
動画はホテルの施設の紹介でエントランスには周辺の観光情報がたくさんありますので助かりました
お部屋は靴を脱ぎますのでお子様がいても安心です
OMO カフェは落ち着いた雰囲気です観光した後にコーヒーをいただきました
二泊して二日目に手作りモンブランを作ってみました

OMO5 Kanazawa Katamachi by Hoshino Resorts is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Kanazawa.

You can go for a morning stroll to Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, and the museum, and it is also very convenient for enjoying Katamachi gourmet food, as it is within walking distance.

The video introduces the hotel’s facilities, and there is a lot of tourist information about the area at the entrance, which was helpful.

You take off your shoes in the rooms, so it is safe even if you have children.

The OMO Cafe has a calm atmosphere. I had coffee after sightseeing.

I stayed for two nights and tried making homemade Mont Blanc on the second day.

金沢の人気のベーカリー【ビストロひらみばん】さんは
入り口にできたてのパンが並べられ
お店の奥には歴史を感じる落ち着いた雰囲気のスペースでモーニングをいただきました
お店は朝8時オープンですが
オープンと同時にパンを買い求める方とお店の奥の喫茶スペースに座りモーニングオーダーをする人でほぼ満席になっていました
8：05分に行った時には数席空いているだけでした

Kanazawa’s popular bakery, Bistro Hiramiban, has freshly baked bread lined up at the entrance, and we had breakfast in a space with a calm, historic atmosphere at the back of the store. The store opens at 8am, but as soon as it opened, it was almost full with people buying bread and people sitting in the cafe area at the back of the store and ordering breakfast. When we went there at 8:05am, there were only a few seats available. Photo taken early March 2024

Omicho Market, located about a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, is easily accessible by train or car.
At Omi Market, I went to Ichiba Sushi and Kaiten Sushi Okura.
At Ichiba Sushi restaurant, we had the Japanese rockfish for 720 yen, the shrimp for 720 yen, and the jibuni for 720 yen.
At Kaitenzushi Okura, we had a limited 20-meal lunch Omicho platter for 700 yen and a daily rice bowl for 1,100 yen.
They were both delicious
