According to one YouTube channel who rode Nana Chan's rickshaw. She would graduate from her University by March and that was last month. I would assume she is no longer working for Tokyo Rickshaw.

Hello and Thank you again, to you and Nana. I enjoy the warmth which is shown through your informative walks. You have developed quite a nice relationship with all the rickshaw drivers, which I also think is nice for them. I particularly enjoyed the clicking sounds of Nana when she was taking you over the streets, keeping up with the traffic which didn't seem to be noisy at all.
