Tokyo walking around Osaki and Togoshi, 4k Japan
This time, I walked around the Osaki area in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. Osaki is undergoing redevelopment and is developing into a business area with many large corporate office buildings. Conversely, the area west of the station is a residential neighborhood, making it a comfortable place for long-time residents.
Just a short walk from Osaki, you will find Togoshi Ginza, one of the most famous shopping streets in Tokyo. This shopping district is densely packed with grocery stores, clothing stores, and eateries, and is always bustling with locals and tourists alike. Togoshi Ginza, which retains a traditional “downtown” atmosphere, is a popular spot where you can catch a glimpse of local daily life, and the festivals and events held regularly help to strengthen community ties.
