  1. Going for a week to Osaka. Just one week before the Golden Week. Hopefully the Sakura is still somewhat in bloom.

  2. This just got me so excited for my upcoming trip in 25 days. I nailed the dates of Sakura again 🌸⛩️♥️

  3. So excited 🎉 going to Japan in three weeks. Still deciding is it worth buying JR pass. Thank you for all the information you provide us every time.

  4. #shameless plug for Klook. It's worked flawlessly for me and really took the stress out of getting a tickets for trains I thought could sell out. I even grabbed my tickets for Shibuya Sky cause why not? Better than showing up and finding out the timeslot you wanted is full.

  5. I have to keep watching Nathan's channels, because after three weeks in Japan I know less about what is going on, changing, previewing, and opening than I did from outside the country. If I need an update I come here, and frankly if I don't need an update I come here. So my advice is subscribe and follow.

  6. Great update Ninja 🐒 I have to go see the new projection! Sakura are coming so early and I saw some on my trip last week 🌸 also I saw how low the yen has gone, especially for the US people absolutely incredible

  7. Hi, new subscriber here from the Philippines. Will be going to Japan third week of March, wanted to use Klook to book our Sakura tour, sadly your Klook code is valid for US residents only. 😞 Anyway, thank you for the Cherry Blossom forecast info. Love your videos and they're very informative.👍👏

  8. It looks like my last day in Japan in Tokyo will be right at full bloom! I'm ok with having earlier blooms for the rest of my trip, I'm hoping that will make some areas a bit less crowded. I leave in three weeks! The strength of USD to YEN certainly doesn't hurt by desire to go and spend money, other people who have done keep saying how expensive it is, but at the moment is seems pretty comparable to where I live in the US.

  9. Japan in two weeks. I dont know if i need any reservations for local shows or shrines 😅. Also, any recommendations are welcomed lol I'll be in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka about 4 days each city

  10. I've been worried about the cherry blossoms cause that's mainly what I'm going for this year and have had my dates booked back in the summer. I still think I'm a bit early since I'll be arriving March 20 but I'll be there for 3 weeks so I know I wont entirely miss them. But man, deciding on what dates I wanted to do my trip for was one of the most stressful and time consuming parts of planning this trip. Oh well, still looking forward to actually getting there and seeing everything!

  11. I booked an extra 30kg suitcase on the way back because I think I'll be doing a lot of shopping 🙂

  12. Not going until late Autumn… I wonder how many updates there'll be before then!

  13. you said this is the first cherry blossom season without restrictions since 2020. I'm not sure what restrictions you're talking about

  14. so im planing on going to japan in two years. How soon do you suggest I start booking flights and hotels?

  15. Question, I usually, or should say, used to get the 14 to 21 day regular JR Pass. I was there last year going again this year and thought I would just splurge and get the "green car" Pass and had planned on going to Kanazawa now that that leg of the Shinkansen is open, but did I understand you right I need an "additional" Pass to ride that line??

  16. you say japan will be even cheaper. thats good. but do you know for how long? i will be traveling to japan in summer this year. will it be cheap for years? or just 2024?

  17. I’m blessed enough to go to Japan every 3 months. Thank you for your Japan updates so I can know what to expect each time. I love your channel. I especially watched you a lot during Covid (dark times 😅)

  18. Thanks for the updates! Can you help check the klook codes? Is there a country restriction on the codes (as in where i am)

  19. manga is truly annoying … but still … I actually liked 「メタモルフォーゼの縁側」… it was created into a movie from this series and it is so beautiful …

  20. hmmm,… it seems to me,… the LDP government will continue to promote tourism … at the expense of the people ….

  21. Hi, I’m going from Tokyo to Kyoto then to Osaka then back to Tokyo. I need three tickets for this trip and want the bullet train. So, I know Klook charges about $12.00 for each ticket. I don’t want to pay $36 for these tickets, can I book all three tickets at the same time and only pay $12.00?

  22. While the Yen is very weak right now, restaurants have increased their prices all across the board, so it sort of evens out at the end of the day.

  23. Question, I'll go to Japan from may 1th to 3th june, i was planning on buying the 21-days JR pass to cover part of my trip, but after de price rise i was confused if it still worth it. I was planning to cover: Odawara, Takayama, Kumamoto, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka (including day trips to Nara, Kobe and Himeji), Kyoto, Nagoya (Ghibli Park) and back to Tokyo in this 21 days. The prices buying them without the JR pass are a little cheaper, but do you think the JR pass have some kind of advantage? Amazing channel by the way!

  24. I will be visiting Tokyo from Aril 2 to 9.. plan to visit Disney land for 2 days..will it be school holidays in Japan ??
