所持金たったの“500円”で東京都内を観光できるのか?!【ヤニカスオタクの極貧旅行in春】

Hello everyone. I’m Makolite, aka. Yanikasu-Otaku-no-Makosan. In front of the familiar Marunouchi station building of Tokyo Station I’m going to do something from here today. Today, For only 500 yen A day trip to Tokyo Station… Oh,It’s a mistake. Today, I’m planning to take a trip around Tokyo for just 500 yen!(now 3.3$)

Please clap your hands! Did you? Well, I, Mako-san, Yanikasu Otaku… Well, if I have the money I have strong qualifications that allow me to quickly create a travel agency. Domestic Travel Service Supervisor, Even though I had the qualifications, I tried to get a job at a travel agency…

But I was rejected because I was a heavy smoker. What a shame, I’m such a worthless person. Today, I ,the one who has such a treasure, would like to introduce you to a trip to explore and enjoy Tokyo for less than 500 yen. So for now

The time is 11:30. I’m a little late I was thinking of making it around 10:30. General tourists would probably visit this area around this time. I’m here now at about that time. So I created an itinerary that would be similar to what a typical tourist would take.

As a professional, I put it together. First of all, when you think of Tokyo, everyone goes to see Asakusa. So I thought I’d go see it in Asakusa as well. It’s getting late, so let’s start with Tokyo’s kitchen. It’s a certain place.

I would like to enjoy delicious sushi in the kitchen of Tokyo. After that, I plan to visit Asakusa. Let’s see Sensoji Temple. And let’s see Kaminarimon too. And then At the end we will go to a beautiful garden Ah, the scenery of Japan, the original scenery of Japan.

I’m going to such a beautiful garden And finally, I would like to show you the beautiful night view at night. It’s quite fulfilling! I’m looking forward to it! Well, first of all, I’m going to head to the kitchen in Tokyo.

When it comes to kitchens, people who are old-fashioned, and I’m sorry if I call them old-fashioned, but I think those people think Tsukiji is the place to be. It was in Tsukiji now in Toyosu. Toyosu is becoming a hot topic right now.

I’m sure there are people overseas who are interested in this too. I think I’ll head to Toyosu from now on. And how to get there within 500 yen? It’s less than 500 yen…The 500 yen I’ll spend today is… All of it is used for transportation costs and the rest is free

The transportation fee is only 500 yen! There are some useful free tickets and passes for getting around Tokyo. Among them, I focused on the Toei Subway One-Day Pass. It’s 500 yen for unlimited rides on the Toei subway for one day. It’s a ticket, but it’s only on sale for a limited time!

I think it starts on March 23rd. Today is still March 14th, so it’s outside the period. I’m going to use something different. That’s right the Toei Bus 1-day unlimited ride pass (Toei Bus 1-day ticket)? That’s what it is Isn’t it difficult to use buses in Tokyo? …It’s certainly difficult It’s difficult though

If you are coming to Tokyo for the first time, I think it is better to take the bus. The scenery looks beautiful Well, I think I’ll take the bus and head to Toyosu first.

This is Marunouchi, and there are many bus stops on the Yaesu side. So I will head towards Yaesu side for now. This is the express bus stop on the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station. The front side is the express bus stop. There is Toei bus stops in the back.

It’s hard to see from here I’m thinking of crossing the crosswalk It’s hot today. They said it was a sunny day in spring. I ended up wearing thick clothes. This clothes might get in the way lol Hello everyone again I made the wrong choice of clothes on such a hot day.

The narration is by Mako(me). Have you ever thought, “I don’t have much money, but I would like to travel once in a while!” There is an image that “Traveling is a luxury. I can’t do it without money.” But it’s okay!

This day trip in Tokyo can be done for just 500 yen, just one coin. This time I will be using the Toei Bus 1-day ticket. This is a pass that can be used for 500 yen per day. For 500 yen a day, you can ride unlimited Toei buses within the 23 wards.

This pass can be purchased on board Toei buses mainly within the 23 wards. Surprisingly, this pass You can also write the information of the ticket on your own PASMO or Suica. I decided to write the information on my Suica when I got on the bus. What a convenient ticket!

The first bus I took using this pass was a bus bound for Tokyo Big Sight. Toyosu is located in Koto Ward before going to Tokyo Big Sight. The bus is very slow However, unlike the subway, you can enjoy the view all the time.

For this reason, we highly recommend taking a bus for those visiting Tokyo for the first time. However, some people say, “I don’t know how to look at the bus route map!” Many of you may be wondering, “Where on earth is the bus stop?”

It’s okay! Toei Transportation’s official website has a transfer search page. There, you can search for transfers under the condition that you only travel by Toei bus. I am also using that site highly during this trip. Everyone please try using it. If you don’t know where the bus stop is,

It will appear in Google Maps search Please take your reference. By the way,Tokyo’s bay area near the sea has a very bright atmosphere. Any place near the sea is bright. The weather is very nice today, so I can clearly see that. The Toyosu stop is getting closer. Now, let’s enjoy sushi with me!

It’s so shiny, so I’ll talk about it in the out camera. So this is in front of Toyosu station. I came by bus This is a station on the Yurakucho Line. It’s big You can come here by Yurakucho Line. Among the Tokyo free tickets that I didn’t introduce earlier

There is a Tokyo Metro 24-hour ticket. It would be more convenient to take the subway for 600 yen. But I’m trying to get the lowest price possible. I thought it would be nicer to take the bus and see the scenery better.

It was your first time to come to Tokyo, so you had a chance to see the scenery from buses. So yes, this is the area you are looking at. There are many different buildings. Speaking of Toyosu, Toyosu Market is famous, but this place is not yet in the middle of Toyosu Market.

To fulfill the wishes of those who want to eat sushi when they travel to Tokyo, I’m going to look for a sushi restaurant around here. Well, I think I’ll head over for a bit. All the buildings are so huge that I don’t understand their meaning.

This is not the case on the right side. I have no idea where a commercial facility ends. How many floors does this building have? Can you see this? It makes my neck hurt. I was afraid I would lose my head. I can’t breathe when I look up at the building.

So I’m thinking of heading to this commercial facility now. I’m going to Hama Sushi. “What? You’re in a chain restaurant!” ,but it’s Toyosu after all. It’s still the same as eating sushi in Toyosu. and I eat for free! It’s a free trick though

The reason is that my PayPay account has about 1,000 yen worth of money collected through Poikatsu. So it’s Free up to 1000 yen. Well, I don’t think I eat more than 10 dishes that often, so I think I can usually eat for free.

I would like to achieve the goal of eating sushi for free in Toyosu. Let’s head there. I came out with Hama Sushi. You ate a lot. It was 737 yen! I ate about 5 dishes and the rest was miso soup. I hope those who eat about 10 dishes will really try their best in Poikatsu.

There are many profitable point hoarding activities these days, so please use this as a reference. And this commercial facility of Super Viva Home, There is no smoking area where I just went, so I think I’ll go to the commercial facility next door. I thoroughly enjoyed the food I’m thinking of heading to Asakusa from now on. The bus I took was a bus bound for Oshiage and Tokyo Skytree. How did you like the free “eating sushi in Hama Sushi”? You might be thinking, “What? Isn’t that Toyosu Market?”

I’m sorry. I am planning to visit Toyosu Market next time. And it’s a bit unclear whether the points you earn through point hoarding activities are really free. It may not be free if you think it’s worth the money you worked for.

However, Hama Sushi costs 700 yen, which is cheaper than eating regular sushi. Please refer to it as well. By the way, this bus does not go directly to Asakusa Station. I plan to get off at Honjo-Azumabashi Station on the way. Oops, Mako-san fell asleep while taking a video on the bus.

This is not me pretending to be asleep while taking a video. This is seriously falling asleep I really don’t pay attention to angles anymore, I’m completely asleep… This is a natural ugly face lol Yes, then we will warp to Honjo-Azumabashi Station. I just woke up, but can I speak properly?

This is a place called Honjo Azumabashi, which is a little far from Asakusa. I noticed this when I looked at the time. I told you that I would show you the beautiful garden. However, I am starting to lose confidence that I will be able to show the garden in time before it closes.

So, I would like to introduce some places near Asakusa where you can see beautiful scenery. Yes, this is Sumida Park. At first glance, the cherry blossoms aren’t blooming yet. I think it’s very beautiful during the cherry blossom season. So I’m going to head towards Asakusa Station while looking at this park.

Maybe this is the cherry blossoms The buds are already quite plump. It will probably bloom in about 5 days. It says on the website that the expected flowering date is March 23rd. It looks like everything is ready before it blooms. The buds are pink and reddish. This park also has a smoking area.

It says 190m ahead. I guess I’ll go there just in case The birds are resting over there now… but there’s a turtle. so cute. He’s basking in the sun! There are about two of them. That looks like one. There’s another one behind

The weather is nice today so the basking will be going well. Since I had the chance, I decided to use 4K mode…I wonder if this turtle can be seen in 4K? You probably know what a turtle is. And the birds I think that’s probably a duck, but it’s pretty big.

Or maybe the duck here is too fat, I don’t know. Some are walking It’s a shame that I can’t get close to the pond. There was something garden-like about it. Sumida Park is surprisingly well maintained. It will be a little easier to see once the construction is finished. This is the smoking area

Let’s smoke here I’ve came out of the smoking area The smoking area was nice I could see the Sky Tree or something. It’s a good location And this. There are so many turtles 4 of them are drying their carapaces! It’s surreal! I want to touch the turtle lol

I used to have a turtle at my house… So I’m going to cross the bridge and go into Taito Ward. Well then, the turtle is done with this. It seems like this park has been under construction for a while now.

It seems that it will be until the end of March 2025, but after that period I think it will probably be able to be seen normally. Even though there is a fence, you can see quite a lot, so please consider it as one of the beautiful park candidates. Cherry blossoms bloom in spring I thought the cherry blossoms weren’t blooming, but surprisingly they were blooming. Is it just the cherry blossoms over there that are early? Probably different types This is like a promenade called “Sumida River Walk”. I went here for the first time too. You can go here for free. OK

It’s free, so everyone, let’s walk around here. Well, it looks like the cherry blossoms are blooming, so I’ll go take a look. I was surprised that the cherry blossoms bloomed early. It’s blooming little by little It’s beautiful today. There really isn’t a cloud in the sky. wonderful I was also asked to take a photo, so I took one. “What was the signal for taking a photo?” I suddenly forgot. I completely forgot the signal “Say cheese!” I was a little embarrassed. I was able to help someone somehow

If I go in the opposite direction from where I’m going now, I think I’ll find Kaminarimon, so I’ll head in that direction. What is this? It’s amazing What kind of plant is it?It’s prickly Is it a subspecies of aloe or something like that? After all, this is probably not a Japanese plant.

It’s amazing that someone is growing strange alien species. As expected, there are a lot of people When you think of sightseeing in Tokyo, you think of Asakusa. Speaking of Asakusa, sightseeing in Tokyo comes to mind. I came to Asakusa! This is the approach to Sensoji Temple In front of the approach to Sensoji Temple

Right in front of the road is the famous Kaminarimon Gate. And it was incredibly crowded. It’s March after all. For a graduation trip or something… There are probably many people coming from outside Tokyo. Well, it’s orthodox, but I think I’ll go to Sensoji Temple.

It’s free to see Sensoji Temple, so be sure to go. This is the gate of Sensoji Temple There is a five-storied pagoda, and I don’t know how many floors it has. And the weeping cherry blossoms here haven’t bloomed yet. It’s free to go inside. However, since it is a sacred place, please convey your gratitude to God or Buddha.

I don’t make an offering. This time. There are some people who keep making offerings at various shrines. I don’t think that’s very good It’s not very nice to have affairs with different gods. Even when I go to a shrine, I rarely make an offering.

Wow, the scent of incense sticks is amazing. As expected, regardless of age or gender And there are a lot of inbound people! Actually, this Sensoji Temple is really big on the side. The Buddha enshrined here, This Buddha…have you ever seen him? But it is not? perhaps.

The Buddha is actually quite small, isn’t it? It’s about the size of your thumb. It’s true though A rickshaw driver told me this, and he told me this before. It really looks like a Buddha of this (small) size is enshrined here.

He says that the administrator even looked for Buddha because he was worried that there really was a small Buddha there. Only the building is really amazing. It would be rude if I said that only the building were amazing.

If you have plenty of money, I think it would be a good idea to eat while walking around Asakusa. There is a wide variety of food available on the approach. If you want to eat eel at a nearby restaurant, please try it. Speaking of Asakusa

Nowadays, this area is the only area of Sensoji Temple. It was a long time ago Especially during the Edo period until the Meiji era, the site of Sensoji Temple was big. Apparently the entire town of Asakusa was once the site of Sensoji Temple. It’s really huge.

Why did Sensoji Temple have so much power? In any case, the Tokugawa Shogunate had a strong support for Sensoji Temple. He was making a lot of money The site was already quite large, and it felt like most of it was the site of Sensoji Temple. I’m actually going to the smoking area now.

If you look at Sensoji Temple from the front, it will be on your right. I would like to show you this smoking area because I think people who go to Sensoji Temple often use it. The smoking area is in the right place. Having enjoyed Asakusa, I’ll move on to the next place.

Take the bus from the Asakusa Kaminarimon Minami bus stop to the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. I’m heading towards Shinjuku from now on. It’s not going directly to Shinjuku, so I’m planning to change buses at the east exit of Ikebukuro Station.

This bus passes through areas outside the Yamanote Line, such as Arakawa Ward, Kita Ward, and Toshima Ward. The outside view of the Yamanote Line is also very atmospheric. Yes, I think this is a scene in Arakawa Ward. There is an old house that looks like it appeared in the Japanese movie “Shoplifters”

Next door is a reinforced concrete fire station…it’s a rare sight to see that only that house has aged. I mentioned earlier that people who don’t know much about Tokyo should take the bus. Also, if you like old things and old buildings, I think it would be more fun to take the bus.

Now, I’m going to take a break at the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. Nicotine charge complete! Then, take the bus towards Shibuya Station East Exit. I will get off near Shinjuku on the way. Get off at the bus stop called Shinjuku Isetan-mae

From now on, I would like to show you the mesmerizing night view. “Huh?! Night view? Isn’t that what you see from Tokyo Tower or Tokyo Skytree? Are there any other buildings that tall?” That’s what you might thought. Please rest assured that I will introduce it from now on.

The view from the bus window was getting dark soon. It’s going to be night You will be able to see a very beautiful night view. Before that, let’s take a break here. I would like to talk about the history of Sensoji Temple, which I forgot to narrate earlier.

The Buddha enshrined at Sensoji Temple first appeared 1400 years ago. Once upon a time, one day during the Asuka period… there were two brothers who lived on the banks of the Sumida River. The brothers went fishing in the Sumida River. Then, a small statue was caught in the fishing net.

They didn’t know what the statue was, so they returned it to the river several times and continued fishing. The statue gets caught in that casting net over and over again. Moreover, the statue was caught in the net again and again,so they couldn’t catch a single fish.

Curious, the brothers decided to have a special person estimate the statue. And lo and behold, the statue turned out to be a truly magnificent Buddha! The brothers decided to enshrine this statue in a temple. The temple eventually became a big temple, and it is said that this was the beginning of Sensoji Temple.

If this legend is true When it comes to statues that get caught in fishing nets, they are likely to be small. It may not be a lie that the Buddha at Sensoji Temple is the size of a thumb. Now let’s move on to the next scene!

This is the bus stop in front of Isetan in Shinjuku. The ride was about 20 minutes. I’m currently on the east exit side of Shinjuku, so I’m heading to the other side.

I got off the bus at Shinjuku Isetan-mae, in the direction of Shinjuku 3-chome, a while after leaving the east exit of Shinjuku. I’m going to head towards the west exit of Shinjuku Station and then through the underground passage to a certain place. Shinjuku Station, known as the best dungeon in Japan

The underground space is also quite chaotic. However, moving sidewalks like this are prepared, and the human rights of pedestrians are also ensured. wonderful! So let’s get back to the topic I said that I would see a beautiful night view. Where will I go?

When you think of tall buildings, you think of Sky Tree. And you think of Tokyo Tower. This (Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building) is also located at a fairly high position. The view from the top is quite amazing.

So this time I would like to show you the view from the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Anyone can enter. Free! Oh my God! From now on, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, 45th floor

I would like to take a look at the night view from a height of 202 meters above the ground. The time was around 6 o’clock What kind of scenery can you see? Please look A beautiful sunset and Mt. Fuji in the background! Sunset on this day is before 6pm

The sun finishes its daytime role and passes the baton to the night stars. It’s like a part-time job where the day and night shift staff take turns. Yes, and this is Yoyogi Park, right? Huh, Yoyogi Park? You must be kidding? Are you lying? That’s what you thought. It’s not a lie

This black hole is exactly where Yoyogi Park is. Yoyogi Park is a black hole that suddenly appears in the streets of Tokyo, where neon lights shine brightly all over the city. Yes, this is the western sky again. It’s still a little bright. The sun is also quite persistent.

Is the sun also working overtime? The shadow of Mt. Fuji is getting fainter and fainter. It’s not just the sun that’s working overtime I wonder how many people are working overtime in the lights of this city? Thank you for your hard work! by NEET.

Then, I enjoyed to my heart’s content the night view for free from a height of 202 meters above the ground. I think I’m going to go downstairs now. Even if you don’t have money and you want to see things from a high place, Or if you want to see a beautiful night view,

Please feel free to go Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building as a reference. It was the view from the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. This was the view from the 45th floor. I could see Mt. Fuji! I have climbed the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building several times, but this is my first time seeing Mt. Fuji.

Mt. Fuji at dusk with the sunset in the background…it was quite nice. you can enter for free No, it’s a free miracle. White people(visitor) say, “Wow,Mt. Fuji! Mt. Fuji!” They were really happy The Japanese people were happy too. This concludes today’s 500 yen trip to Tokyo. Let’s end here How was it?

Enjoy free sushi in Toyosu and go see the beautiful garden and see the beautiful cherry blossoms And asakusa tour And at the end, I saw a beautiful night view, and I accomplished everything. I has done it for free except for 500 yen for personal transportation expenses.

If you have the physical strength, please walk (without incurring transportation costs). You can go for free. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t go to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. I would like to go there again if I have a chance Yes everyone It’s a long video of nearly 30 minutes.

Thank you very much for viewing this far. For those who have watched this far What a wonderful present for you is… No presents lol As usual, no lol However, I will continue to upload videos about travel and Smoking in the future. If you are interested please subscribe to my channel!

And please give this video a like button too. There might be something good happening~ See you again in the next video good night sweet dreams
