Hi Everyone! Today I’m going on a trip to Hakodate, Hokkaido with my father and mother It’s been a while since I’ve taken a domestic flight First, I’m going to check in my baggage Today I’ll fly with an airline called AIR DO

AIR DO is an airline that is headquartered in Sapporo and it mainly operates flights to Hokkaido The reason why I chose Airdo is because it had morning flights on the way there and there were evening flights on the way back and It was a reasonable price

In this trip, I’m going to try as much Hokkaido Hakodate food as I can Then I’m boarding on the plane I arrived in Hakodate, Hokkaido This is my third visit to Hakodate, Hokkaido

I would like to explore Hakodate and I will share things to do and must-eat food in Hakodate with you guys I booked a rental car and I’m waiting to be picked up I made a reservation through J Net Rent a Car

J Net Rent a Car is just a short drive from Hakodate Airport They offer a pick-up and drop-off service Actually, I got my driver’s license but I don’t have many opportunities to drive in Tokyo so I rent this time to be a good driver I realized cars make it easier to get around!

It was very useful However..as you all know, I love alcohol so I drove only just one time during this trip and my dad drove the rest now it’s time to meet our car Ta-da This white car is our buddy of this trip Now we’re ready to explore Hakodate

We are going to Hakodate Asaichi(Hakodate Morning Market) and have some food I am at Hakodate Asaichi(Hakodate Morning Market) righ now It smells like fishy Hakodate Morning Market, located right beside JR Hakodate Station is a market where you can enjoy all kinds of Hokkaido Hakodate food, including fresh seafood

Actually I came here for the first time I wanted to try squid fishing whichi is local specialty but It was closed due to bad weather How unfortunate! I was disappointed I came to Hakodate Morning Market Square There were many shops selling fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, etc and there was also a food court

I found a seafood bowl for 555 yen so I decided to try it out It is so cheap There are so many choices I got Azumashi-don and Asaichi-don and also got a Shio Ramen(salt flavored ramen) since Hakodate is famous for its

The clerk looked very busy cuz he take orders and cook by himself The seafood bowl was cheap but might not be enough I think it would be better to spend a little more money and eat more luxury seafood bowls This is a Shio Ramen(Salt flavored Ramen)

Maybe I tried Shio ramen for the first time in my life it was light and I liked it It had a bran in it The flavor of the soup has soaked right in and so good Next I’m going to have 2nd lunch at Lucky Pierrot

Lucky Pierrot is a very famous local first food shop in Hakodate and there are 17 stores It is lovingly nicknamed Rappi, and always very popular I also love it, and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Hakodate I stop by every time when I visit Hakodate

I came to the Hakodate Ekimae branch which is located in front of the Hakodate Morning Market Square but it was very crowded so I decided to go to my favorite branch “Marina Suehiro shop” I knew it would also be crowded though Oh, this time

It was the first and last time I drove in this trip I arrived at Lucky Pierrot Marina Suehiro Shop It was also very crowded as I expected The reason why I like “Marina Suehiro shop” is because you can see a beautiful ocean The Hakodate ocean stretches out before your eyes Ta-da!

I ordered a combo meal of Chinese chicken burger, a Chili shrimp burger and a vanilla shake and a beer It was my first time having the chil shrimp burger! It had big spicy shrimps in it and it was so good and this is the Chinese Chicken Burger It is the most popular burger

The salty-sweet suce is really tasty If you try eating it once, you will become addicted The Lucky Potato is also a must-try dish It is like poutine and made of French fries and cheese curds, covered with tomato-based meat sauce It is addictive!

Today I’m going to stay at a hotel called Yunokawa Onsen Umi to Akari Yunokawa Onsen Umi to Akari is a hotel where you can fully enjoy hot springs and food

The best thing of this hotel is a luxurious dinner and breakfast buffet You can enjoy fresh seafood like crab, ikura, and many different kinds of food The Infinity open-air bath is amazing The sky blends into the sea in the horizon and it’s so beautiful

There are 2 private open-air baths You can take a nice relaxing bath without being disturbed by anyone You can also have a drink while soaking in the hot spring It’s awesome! If you want to know more about the hotel, please watch the previous video from the link in the description
