足摺岬灯台は、高知県土佐清水市、四国最南端の足摺岬突端に立つ、白亜の大型灯台です。
周辺は足摺宇和海国立公園に指定されており、太平洋を望む風光明媚な地です。
また、「日本の灯台50選」にも選ばれています。
わが国でも最大級の灯台の一つ。
灯台周辺の遊歩道を散策して、自然を満喫できます。
足摺岬周辺には、ジョン万次郎資料館や
四国八十八ケ所の金剛福寺など、観光スポットがあります。

Cape Ashizuri Lighthouse is a large chalk lighthouse that stands at the tip of Cape Ashizuri, the southernmost tip of Shikoku.
The surrounding area is designated as Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park, and is a scenic area overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
It has also been selected as one of Japan’s top 50 lighthouses.
One of the largest lighthouses in Japan.
You can enjoy nature by strolling along the promenade around the lighthouse.
There are sightseeing spots around Cape Ashizuri, such as the John Manjiro Museum and Ashizuri Temple.
