Tour the downtown area of Tokyo.
I thought there would not be many people on Chuo-dori due to the time of day, but there were not many cars picking up or dropping off people in the Ginza high-end club district either, and there were not many people overall. I don’t know if it was because of the cooler temperatures or if it was just a coincidence, but it was that kind of day.
