This time we visited Touzenji Temple and Hondoji Temple in Matsudo City, Chiba for the fall foliage.
Hondoji Temple charges 500 yen for adults during the fall foliage and hydrangea season.
Parking is free at Hondo-ji, but during the peak season there is a paid parking lot in the neighborhood.Please be careful not to make a mistake.
The five-story pagoda and the many fall leaves in the area are worth seeing.
Dogs can be carried or carted to the temple!

Next is Tozen-ji Temple. Tozen-ji Temple is free.
Dogs are allowed up to the gate, but not beyond where the “No Dog Walking” sign is posted.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the other side of the temple.
Tozen-ji Temple, with a history of 540 years, is a temple of the Jodo sect.
The fall leaves were at their best, so many people visited.
Many people from Shichi-Go-San (seven-five-three) and overseas wore kimonos and took pictures at will.
There were many autumn leaves and ginkgo trees in the temple grounds.
Ginkgo leaves were falling, and there was a carpet of ginkgo trees with autumn leaves nearby,
There was also a bamboo grove and a very beautiful landscape.
I was enchanted by the red autumn leaves everywhere.
The gradation of red, green, and yellow of the fall leaves was very beautiful.
These are two temples in Matsudo that you should definitely visit.

今回は、千葉の紅葉、松戸市の東漸寺と本土寺に遊びに行きました。
本土寺は紅葉のシーズンと紫陽花のシーズンは拝観料大人５００円かかります。
本土寺の駐車場は無料ですが、トップシーズンは近所の方が有料駐車場を
作っているのでお間違えのないようご注意ください。
境内には五重塔や紅葉が沢山生えており見応え満点です。
犬は抱っこかカートで一緒に拝観することができます！

次に東漸寺です。東漸寺は拝観無料となっております。
門の前までは犬はお散歩できますが、犬のお散歩禁止の看板のあるところから
向こう側はお散歩はできませんのでご注意ください。
540年もの歴史がある東漸寺は浄土宗のお寺になります。
紅葉が見頃を迎えていたので、沢山の人が訪れていました。
七五三や海外の方が着物を着て思い思いの写真を撮影していました。
境内には沢山の紅葉が生えており、イチョウの木も生えていました。
イチョウの葉が散り、イチョウの絨毯が広がっており、近くには紅葉、
竹林もあり、とても綺麗な景色が広がっていました。
紅葉が一面真っ赤になっているところはついうっとりしました。
紅葉の赤、緑、黄色のグラデーションはとても綺麗でした。
是非いっていただきたい松戸のお寺２選です。
