You will enjoy rare local delicacies in Oita, which you visited for SFC training! Oita Gourmet Travel 1st restaurant, Kitsuki Fishery & Vegetable House, “Hamo Katsu-don (Hamo cutlet rice bowl)”. That’s very rare! The second restaurant, Oita local cuisine, Kobikotsuan, has a wide variety. Kotsu Kotsu An Wow, it’s a very retro pub!
There are many Oita dishes! Let’s ask for it right away! Yay! Ms. O, who was melted by R-chan’s cuteness, left the cooking to me, which is rare. Now, let’s see if Mr. O’s food report is okay. This is Watasu (cotton vinegar).

Ehhh – what kind of octopus will we get tomorrow? First time for octopus chanpon! It’s a picture perfect. Doesn’t everyone look delicious? That’s right! Kyushu is known for its thick, sweet sashimi soy sauce. It is a classic. It’s okay. It should look natural.

Kunisaki Peninsula We are driving around the Kunisaki Peninsula. There is a delicious restaurant at this eastern end! Matsukaze This restaurant has a good reputation and was brought to us by a local. We were shown into a beautiful Japanese-style room that looked like a sushi restaurant. I felt at home!
I’m looking at the menu to see what I want to eat, but I already know what I’m going to order. Introducing Ichi-ichi. Yes, Octopus Champon, Curry Rice with Princess Octopus. Super spicy octopus champon, fried octopus, octopus tempura, Kunitachi omelet?
Matsukaze is a restaurant that I would like to come back to again and again because of the variety of dishes. I can’t eat two shrimp mayo when I can eat octopus chanpon! This is Kunitachi’s specialty, octopus chanpon! Mr. O tasted it for himself. The soup is a very tasty one.
I know it’s delicious, but it’s much snarkier. LOL! Wow, the noodles look delicious. I love chanpon noodles! It sounds like you are deliberately sipping loudly. Here is the shrimp mayo that the locals rave about. Looks delicious. It is sweet and spicy. This was really delicious. Flattering. And the vegetables are delicious.

ANA SFC修行で訪れた大分で今回は美味しい物３選をお届けします。
今回のグルメ旅は、最初に大分空港から別府へ向かう途中に訪れた地元の食堂 きつき漁菜館で、鱧（ハモ）料理をいただきます。大分県中津市の名物 鱧カツ丼を初めて頂きました。とっても美味しかったし、ローカル感満載でした。
２店目は、大分市内中心部にある大分郷土料理が食べる居酒屋と言えばこつこつ庵です。
わた酢、鶏めし、キラスまめし、とり天、関サバ、関アジなどのお刺身の盛り合わせは豪華、椎茸ぎょろっけ、だんご汁など沢山の大分名物を楽しめます。しかし、まさかの帰りに靴がないというアクシデントに遭遇したのも良い思い出です。
夜は、ギャラリア竹町のバー ハバナ・カフェへ行き、美味しいモヒートをいただきました。お店はアットホームでキューバ好きの店主が作る自家製のミントの入ったモヒートは格別です。お店の中は、お客さんも映ってしまうので割愛しますが、是非大分の夜はHAVANA CAFEにまた行きたいです。
最後の３店目は、国東半島の東端にある国東名物タコちゃんぽんを提供する松風です。こちらエビマヨも絶品とのことで両方頂きましたが、友人Youtuber Mr.Oが絶賛で本当に美味しかったです。
大分は自然豊かで美味しいものがいっぱいで、最高でした！
