Japan’s Recommended Capsule Hotels in 2024 | Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Fukuoka

Hello 👋 This is Taiyaki 🐟. How are you all doing? In this video, I would like to present a list of capsule hotels that I actually stayed in last year that I can recommend again this year.

The numbers of the hotels to be introduced have no meaning. It does not mean the order of recommendation. For more detailed information about each hotel and food reviews, please check the links in the description! Let’s go!🐟🐟🐟 First up is a recommended capsule hotel in Fukuoka, Nine Hours Hakata Station.

When I stayed there, it was cheap at 3260 yen($22) What makes this hotel different from others is that you can stay here from check-in to check-out without talking to anyone! If you need to talk to someone, you can call them up

The location is also highly appreciated, just a short walk from Fukuoka station Separate elevators for men and women. There’s also a women-only floor. Lounge has lots of seating and power supply so it’s easy to work on a computer Lockers are quite spacious Extra points for the toilet with automatic lid opening

This is the floor where the room is located Here is the inside of the room Check out the individual videos for more about the amenities and other details 😆 The shower room is quite spacious so you won’t feel cramped I can put the bath mats here, right?

Checking out is easy because you just return the card here Here are some extra recommendations for taiyaki restaurants in Fukuoka! This store is introduced in the Nine Hours Hakata video. If you are interested, please visit. They have delicious taiyaki 🐟. Second one of Fukuoka is “First Class Fukuoka Hakata”

It’s on the 8th floor of this building The price at this time was 5,068 yen($34) The lounge is small, but there are microwaves, etc. This is a first class room The beds are very comfortable Pajamas (separates) and towels are available. Other amenities in individual videos. Hangers were rubberized, not slippery, easy to use.

This is what it looks like when you lie down The nice thing about this hotel is that there is a lockable storage space in the room It’s pretty big, so you can fit a lot in there. By the way, there is the main branch of Ichiran just around the corner

Refill of noodles at the main branch It’s a capsule hotel, but it has a bath Third, Millennials Fukuoka I stayed in the cheapest room and it was 4000 yen ($28) Mobile check-in also available Separated by women-only and all-gender Futuristic design Large storage space under the bed Safe (vertical)

This hotel features beds that move automatically The fans and lights in the rooms are also controlled by iPod Washroom space Shower room Both have perfect water pressure Note that in all-gender areas, shower rooms are also shared Lounge Free beer Breakfast at the famous bakery, limited to 16 servings a day Next stop: Nagoya

The first of Nagoya is Wellbe Sakae. It’s a well-known facility for sauna lovers. This one has a capsule hotel attached to it, and lodging is also available! Lockers are very thin Amenities Shared relaxing space Only this seat has a power outlet Sauna type and quality was good

Rooms look a little dated but clean The capsule hotel feeling of a long time ago has a taste This is what it looks like when you lie down Restaurant in the building. It was delicious👍 Second one in Nagoya, Nine Hours Nagoya station.

It was very cheap, 2,500 yen($17), even though it was close to Nagoya station! There are all major convenience stores nearby lol Nine Hours is cheap, so if you want to save money on accommodations, this is a great place to stay There is an expensive cafe on the ground floor Lockers are large

The number of showers is also a high evaluation point Rooms are like the other Nine Hours Top floor is a lounge The last one of Nagoya, Anshin Oyado Nagoya Sakae When I stayed, it was 4,580 yen($31) per night There are so many items you can rent for free!

You can get one of these for free as a bonus for staying here There are too many things lol Locker area Lockers are generously sized There is also a refrigerator so you can stay longer Room floor Great to be able to charge in the lockers (which was not the case elsewhere)

This is what it looks like when you lay down Extra points for the toilet with an automatic lid opening Shared lounge Up to 5 free alcoholic drinks per person You can’t cook, but you can heat up retort items Lots of chairs Manga corner Many kinds of free hairdressing products Bath and sauna available

Free curry for breakfast Next, the popular tourist city of Kyoto First, Millennials Kyoto Located in downtown Kyoto for easy access! Shared lounge Unlike hotels in Fukuoka, this one has a kitchen for simple cooking The beds move automatically, just like in Fukuoka

I reserved a room with a projector so I can watch the video on a big screen. Another big difference is that the hotel of Kyoto has a bath for some reason! Free beer is also available here! By all means! Second, Anshin Oyado Premier Kyoto Conveniently accessible from either Karasuma or Shijo subway stations

Plenty of free amenities here too Comic book corner Large luggage can be stored Lockers are not big but toilets have automatic lids. I forgive you. Room is like any other store Common space on second floor Massage chair All you can drink juice for free Free miso soup

The footbath area was under construction and not available at this time, but next time I go, I may be able to enjoy the footbath! By the way, it has a bath Third, First Cabin Nijojo About 8 minutes walk from Nijo-mae station. A bit of a walk. Price is about 3400 yen($23) per night

Free amenities Shared space Unique design with fair theme Free ice cream. Free candy too! This time the room is business class Pajamas It’s business class, so there’s a small but lockable storage space Ceilings are high even in business class In addition to showers, there is a large bath too. 😎

Fourth, Pocket Hotel Kyoto Karasuma Gojo Gojo subway station is the nearest station. Located between Shijo station and Kyoto station Large luggage can be stored here Shared space Pajamas can be rented free of charge This is a lockable type room. ( Technically this is not a capsule hotel)

I believe it’s about 7,000 yen($46) per night. Storage space It is convenient to see the shower usage etc. on the tablet in the room A large number of shower rooms are available This matcha parfait is so delicious! Next is another pocket hotel. A capsule hotel for couples. This one is located in Shijo-Karasuma,

It is located near the station Shared space This room can accommodate a couple. Two futons Storage space ✌️ This hotel can be recommended for its close location to the Nishiki Market, a famous tourist attraction! The last recommended capsule hotel in Kyoto is Manyudo!

The nearest station is Mototanaka. Not very accessible (check individual videos for details!) Convenience store adjacent to capsule hotel. Shared space (small) Lockers not too small or large Room area Interior is cool Manga (internet) cafe across the street operates the hotel and this place is also available free of charge

I was surprised to see some retro manga Shower room. Looks like something from a normal house. It’s small, but there’s a bathtub. A short walk and you can also find a stylish bookstore The highly competitive ramen area is also nearby, so it’s a great place for ramen lovers!

Menya Gokkei, famous for its sludgy soup MJ: “This channel is useful for travel, subscribe to the channel.” Next stop: Osaka. First in Osaka is Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi There are some capsule hotels in Osaka that I haven’t been to yet, so I want to stay at a lot of different ones this year!

The nearest stations are Honmachi or Shinsaibashi Cafe space on 1st floor Reception area is on the second floor Free pajamas available Room floor Capsule hotel, but it’s a room lol Storage The safe is also big enough to hold a 2 liter plastic bottle Japanese pattern design

This is what it looks like when lying down There is also a small desk The toilet has an automatic lid and lighting. Additional points awarded. The toilet seat also goes up with the press of a button Shower room There is also a large bathroom, although not very large

By the way, there is a ramen restaurant nearby that Bruno Mars used to visit. Second one in Osaka is Hotel Atarayo Osaka The first floor is connected to a tavern I stayed at this time in a type L room (4770 yen, $32) Locker This is what it looks like when you lie down

Pajamas Another type of room available Common space on second floor Shared space on first floor Equipped with utensils for simple cooking Shower room Water pressure perfect Osaka’s entry number 3 is Sauna & Capsule Amza I like this logo

It’s right next to the underground mall exit, so no need to worry even on rainy days Lockers are long and narrow, about 20cm wide 🕷 I stayed in a deluxe type room at this time (4,880 yen including breakfast) Deluxe type room has a mini-fridge in the room

I honestly didn’t need it because it was noisy when it started up and it didn’t store much. Table big enough to hold a 13-inch laptop This is what it looks like when you lie down Storage space Amenities It was wonderful to have a sauna, bath, and outside air!

Common space on the fifth floor There is also a restaurant Relaxation space Manga corner Snoring was so loud on this day, it was like a party! 🥺🥺🥺 Last one of Osaka is First Cabin Nishi-Umeda Nearest station is Nishi-Umeda station By the way, the closest exit is exit 6-1 Noon Night is more beautiful

Amenities First class room Lockable storage Rooms are basically the same as first class in Fukuoka Apparently the toilets in the first cabin don’t open automatically Shower room Shower head is high-quality one Breakfast at this hotel was very good, I recommend it The last city is Tokyo! First, eeGee stay Kamata!

The exit is the west exit Close enough to see from the station Designed like a secret base for adults 4,500 yen($30) per night. In Tokyo, fairly inexpensive. Locked storage (though the lock is crappy) Pajamas free This is what it looks like when you lie down This is the biggest room

Another type of room with low ceiling Manga corner Shared space Free drinks Free ice cream too. Many kinds of sauces. Be careful, if you mess up, it will fly down on your pants. Second is MyUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa Kuramae Located just a short walk from the nearest Kuramae station

This is personally the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed in Tokyo and I don’t want to tell too many people about it lol Shared space There is an English version of a famous manga Cradle A room that doesn’t look like a capsule hotel (5400 yen/night)($36) Spacious storage space under the bed

You can also lock the door👍 Free pajamas Small storage in room High ceilings and no pressure at all Shower room Checking out is as simple as putting your card in the box. Excellent. Only a 10 minute walk to sightseeing in Asakusa! Third, Smart Stay Sizuku Ueno

It is located close enough to be seen from Ueno station Shared space 4,000 yen per night($27) This is what it looks like when you lie down Lockable storage. It’s pretty big Can store large suitcases (with wire locks) Free detergent available. Sauna and bath not very big Puha– Next, Dormy Inn Korakuen

Area where Tokyo Dome is located If it’s from Korakuen station, it’s located about a 5-minute walk By the way, the nearest station is Kasuga Station of Toei Subway Right in front of the station is the hotel Free amenities Capsule room with unique design Desk space also available

Nice to have a wire lock in the room in advance Lockable storage Stairs up to bed 7,600 yen per night including breakfast($50) Internet speed is very fast Extra points for the automatic toilet lid opening And free ramen service at night. And it’s delicious! With a large bath and sauna

Ice cream service after bath Breakfast buffet style Eels were available at this time and they were great! Shared space Fifth is Nine Hours Akasaka Sleep Lab. This place is not like regular Nine Hours hotel! Bird cult religious park Shared space

When booking a room for sleep measurement, information is entered on the iPad at check-in Shower room Infinity mirror Locker It’s not the usual Nine Hours design. This is what it looks like when you lie down The difference in this room is this camera There is also a sensor in this area

Sleep data will be sent to you later. A rare and creepy experience to sleep under surveillance 🤣 Next is also Nine Hours, but this one is in Suidobashi! This place was 3,420 yen per night($23) Rooms are similar to the Nine Hours I’ve shown you so far Locker partition moves Shared lounge

Tokyo pigeons climb stairs instead of flying Shower room This hotel has a cafe on the ground floor specializing in coffee Next, Nine Hours Hamamatsucho You may be thinking “Nine Hours again,” but I highly recommend this place! It was 4,100 yen per night.($27) Desk space on room floor Tokyo Tower can be seen Lounge

Tokyo Tower seen from this lounge is the best point of this hotel This coffee jelly is too good You can go out from this lounge You can also go up to the roof

For this price, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo’s nightscape, which is why I recommend this hotel. No other capsule hotel has it. Eighth is First Cabin Ichigaya Located a few minutes walk from Ichigaya station Free amenities Bar Shared space Food vending machine Large luggage can be placed here First class room

Rooms are similar to those shown elsewhere This is the business class room. I’m staying in business class at First Cabin Kyoto Nijojo, check it out! Shower heads are high quality ones. Dryer named Monster Good one With large bath We are getting close to the end. 9th is Resol Postel Tokyo Asakusa Unique design

Each room has a Japanese design My room is a simple one with not much design 😢 Storage space Storage box with key Narrow but deep This is what it looks like when you lie down. Ceiling is high. You can put large luggage in the hallway Free amenities Shower room Oops

I’m glad I can shower while sitting down. Shared space Free coffee Two more to go! The last two are both capsule hotel called Anshin Oyado! The first one is Anshin Oyado Akihabara Glasses washing machine is free of charge. interesting

There are so many other things you can get or borrow for free at Anshin Oyado! Snorers, use this! Please! Lockers are small Rooms are the same as others (7500 yen/night)($50) Charging cable placed in the room. gentle. This is what it looks like when you lie down Automatic lid-opening toilet: best score

Free rice, pickles and furikake Massage machine free Free drink Refrigerator can be used so you can stay longer Great that you can borrow PC items as well. You can use printers too Comic book corner zawa zawa It’s quite nice to have individual work booths with partitions Toilets in lounge area Rejected Hurt🥺😢

Free alcohol up to 3 per person at night Cheers 🥂 Laundry room has free detergent too! Too many hairdressing products lol Free cooked rice at night The hotel also had a hand massager available for rent, so I used it! My hands came back to life Free curry from 7am to 10am

Thank you for watching until the end. Last of all, it’s the Anshin Oyado Shinjuku! Many items here are also available for free rent at this store Lockers are small here too Rooms are basically the same as other stores (7,000 yen/night)($47) The toilets are equally smart. I love it! Free amenities

A machine that can sterilize your phone with ultraviolet light. Interesting. There is a high-end massage machine Comic book corner Looks like they serve pilaf-style cooked rice here at night Free miso soup machine Free drink bar

Free lassi too, although I couldn’t drink it because it was already sold out when I went in the morning One free ice cream with your stay. Up to 5 free alcoholic drinks per person at this store The baths are quite spacious and there’s a sauna, which is nice

Of course there is curry service in the morning. This is keema curry Thanks for watching till the end! Please subscribe and like my channel. Until the next video, I wish you all the best! Eat vegetables!٩( ᐛ )و

  1. J’adore cette vidéo. Très bonne idée de nous faire nous rappeler les bons souvenirs et bons plans d’hôtels capsules.
Ça confirme que mes préférés sont les «first cabin ». Plus confortable vu mon grand âge! Loll.
Hâte de voir les hôtels de 2024.
    Continue comme ça.
    Bisous de France. ❤❤❤❤
