The kakioko here uses fresh oysters, not frozen, so the taste is different. I also wanted to try “horuoko,” which contains hormones. Adding mayonnaise to it makes it look delicious. This okonomiyaki restaurant is popular with locals, so if you’re visiting as a tourist, be sure to make a reservation.
