Haisai! Let’s start again today! In Yomitan Village there’s a place that we’re in right now called “Zakimi Castle” it’s a World Heritage Site built around the beginning of the 15th century. This time Yomitan village! We started at the World Heritage Zakimi Castle! So this time we’ll be focusing on agriculture!
Originally we produced chrysanthemums, and now we’re also being a tourism-farm. This purple color is so beautiful! The color changes depending on what you mix it with, right? That’s right! If you extract it as it is, it will turn blue, but if you add sourness to it, such as lemon or shikwasa,
With thins kind of things it will turn pink. Wow!! Plenty of bitter gourd (Goya)! I’ll enjoy having this!
