いつも観てます😃質問があります。先日新型ハスラーで車中泊してました。寝袋で上向きで寝ていましたが、あまりにも腰が痛くなって途中で車中泊ストップして帰りました。腰痛対策されているなら教えてください🙇

温泉も他にもたくさんあるよね
知りませんでしたが、スキーヤーが少なくて、よいスキー場。ボーゲンで長距離を滑ったり、制動をかけるのは、筋肉に負担がかかりますね。どうしても危険な場合は、横に倒れる(後ろはダメ)しかないですね。イメージとしては、か弱い女性がアレ〜っ！と言いながら、横に倒れるイメージです。横に倒れると、お尻に体重が乗り、お尻を支点にスキーの板が、エッジを立てた状態で下方に回転し、ストップがかかります。スキーで足を揃えてビタッと止まるのと、ほぼ同じ原理です。その道の駅知りません。野沢温泉に近いんですね。

５回目で中級コースはちょっと厳しかったですね。私も何回もこけたり、突っ込んだり思い出しました。もう見るだけになり残念ですが。
さかえ倶楽部スキー場プライベートゲレンデ感あってやっぱり雪山から眺望めっちゃやばい。スキー板アトミックかな～それにしてもツインテールやぎちゃんかなりいい感じです今回は盛り沢山内容に満足です✨
