On the street means
you are beyond redemption because of drugs alcohol abuse mental health untreated. There is no cure for the trickle down of being the flotsam of society. Even if they could clean up kick the habit get skills they have no work disciple. Relapses from meth clinic rehab is greater than 75 % after program completes + two weeks on their own
They need to be forced to clean up their messes. The "authorities" demand we law abiding citizens follow rules and don't litter. Why are these h0m3less allowed to do drugs and throw shytt everywhere?
