[音楽] あ来た来た来た来た来た来た絡まった 絡まっ たちょっと ゆっくりので骨に沿って身を取っていき ます はいこあああでもここ大丈夫です か そうはいオッケー ですた [音楽] た ここうちは今1800パぐらいでここ みんなここ見に来てもらうことできない からピースだけみんなに見てもらおうと 思っ て連れてってで名前つけて 買えっとですねもうすぐ28年経つんです けどでも最初別にレストランで開いたわけ ではなくてこの場所を解放してなんか いろんなことに使ってくださいってしてた んです教室開いたりとかあのだ1人芝居と かコンサートとかに使ってもらったんです けどでそん時に食べるところがなくてうん であのかのご飯とばあちゃんの漬け物とか で良かったとか卵焼きぐらいだったらって 言って出してたらそこの人数が高くてこう なってしまったんですねだんだん うん [音楽] 10年目ぐらいになります甘を始めてうん うんうんこの辺でなんかすごい深い奥の方 にアビがいるんですよだからあの他の地区 よりもこう長いものを使ってこうアを 剥がすよ傷をつけずにもうほとそれが一番 難しくてま泡を探すのでまた1段階アビを 剥がす傷をけずうんに剥がすのでそのまた 第2段階というかこう徐々に徐々にこの レベルアップという かでうちの場合は昔からあのえたきだとか お刺身とか漬とかなめろとかさきやってた んですけどそれぞれ別々にこう料理として 出してたんですねでもこれを1つにまとめ てどんぶりの中で全部食べられたら夢の ような話だねなんていうことでで8種類の 料理が入 だからえのアジ丼ていう名前のネーミング にしました [音楽] はい度日月のでござい [音楽] ます こいに魂を入れて [音楽] ます
