今回のツアーの最大の目的は、オリジナル商品を開発すること！
やはり最初の商品は、私たちが大好きな讃岐うどんに関する商品にしたい。
そんな考えからたどり着いたのが砥部焼のどんぶり。
砥部焼は愛媛県砥部町を中心につくられる陶磁器。
やや厚手の白磁に藍色の唐草模様が大きな特徴である。
そして、多くの讃岐うどんのお店が、この砥部焼のどんぶりを使っているのである。
讃岐うどんの「もり家」社長の森田さんに同行いただき、
その砥部焼の中でもっとも古い歴史を持ち、砥部焼を代表する窯元、梅山窯を訪ねます。
オリジナルどんぶりの開発なるか。
まだはじまったばかり。
形になるかどうかはこれからのお楽しみです。
