If anyone is interested in going to those places, go to check at the description Hello, today we are going to suburb Actually still in Kyoto prefecture. But we will leave Kyoto city and travel to “Ine” “Ine” is a very beautiful fishing village
And the unique thing is the houses in this village are built protruding into the sea On the ground floor of house is the boat mooring point Even though I said we’re still in Kyoto but from Kyoto city to Ine, it takes up to 3 hours There are 2 main ways to Ine
First, by train about 2 hours to Amanohashidate Station Then transfer to a local bus. It takes another 1 hour Second, by express bus This one take the same 2 hours Also get off at Amanohashidate Station Then take a local bus to continue Both ways take the same amount of time
But the local bus It will have few bus per day If you’re interested in traveling to Ine I recommend you to depart early in the morning This time we chose to travel by express bus at 12:50 We took the bus at Kyoto Station The express bus require online seat reservations
The price is 3200 yen per person Get off at Amanohashidate Station to transfer to local bus However, the local bus only accept cash When boarding, you must pick up the ticket at the gate Let’s look at the number on the ticket, then look at the screen in the bus
How much will our number cost? Our number is “8” when we’re getting off, number “8” on the screen showing “400” which means our fare is 400 yen Prepare the cash Then put in the money and ticket into the little box next to the driver Yay～ Ine!!! We arrived It took so long..
2 hours from Kyoto by bus then take the local bus for another hour It’s a total of 43 bus stops We passed 43 stops to here It’s a bus stop not a station This bus stop’s name is “Ine” We arrived My butt is hurt
There are actually a lot of people who come to visit Opposite side is the return stop – It’s full of people waiting – Yeah Right here is a tourist information Arrived This is our accommodation This is our room It’s wider than I expect It’s next to the sea like this This side too
It’s very windy Oh… So windy It’s very close, on that side of the sea is the bus stop where we got off Then keep walking and enter this hotel Our hotel is “Water Front In Yosasou” Check out time is 10 a.m. There are breakfast and dinner
Breakfast and dinner are an additional price, depending on you selection when booking The bathroom is a shared bathroom, open 4:00-10:00 p.m. and the hotel is open until 10:00 p.m. They close the entrance at that time There’s no one come after 10:00 p.m. Because there’s no bus anymore Yeah lol
Otherwise, we’ll have to drive ourselves Smile Your face looks.. looks like when you’re cooking We’ll take a shower then have dinner at 6 p.m. Right now we’re on the ground floor, a restaurant with a view of the sea, but I’m starting to feel dizzy Seasick lol All the food has arrived
Mom doesn’t eat raw things, so she has cooked shrimp And fried fish, a whole fish We have sashimi(raw fish). This plate is for 2 people This one is also fish There’re grilled and boiled fishes This one is raw shrimp Probably Hotaru-Ika(Firefly Squid) Let’s try Ika first The sauce is sweet and also salty
Soy sauce – Let’s try grilled fish – Yeah, I want to try I don’t know what kind of fish It’s salty, must be eaten with rice This one have a lot of bones but I like the taste – Should we eat the white fish first? – Yeah

Ine is another place that shouldn’t be missed. Because the seafood is so fresh and really delicious The weather is pretty good today We made an appointment with the local guide Start by taking a boat trip to see Ine Bay We are going to take a boat trip to see around Ine
It takes about 20 minutes and costs 1000 yen 1000 yen per person, it does not include the guide fee The place where we just left is called Hirata Bay It is the smallest bay here There are other guests joining us on the boat Could you please introduce yourself?

This is a fishing port and a fish market The fish market is only available during 7-8 a.m. In the past, do all people here built houses with a ground floor as a place to moor boats? Because it was created to preserve the boat All people who have boats build houses like this
This place is called “Hell Valley” In Edo period, there was whaling here The fishermen would drive the whales in, and catch them in this little bay right here The houses are lined up with curves inward, made it to the bay They killed whales here. That’s why it’s called Hell Valley Oyster farm
It’s time to feed seagull Mom is very brave lol Ine Bay is the only bay in “Sea of Japan” that faces south Apart from the south, it is completely surrounded by mountains. There are no mountains on the south, but there is Aoshima Island, that protects the bay from wind and waves
There are about 500 houses in this village but there are about 230 houses that still have boat moorings The boat moorings are called “Funaya” Kurano-san also took us to see the houses The top is called “taka” It’s used for collecting firewood, charcoal, or straw mats
Item that should not be exposed to moisture are collected on top. Because the humidity here is high This is Funaya. But now it is no longer used for mooring This is the old boat moorings that was renovated like this It used to be a dilapidated Funaya
There was all sea and the boat came to stop right here Must choose between letting the sea erode until it will be ruined, or repair In the end, I chose to repair it for 1 year This area is made into a balcony for eating breakfast

It’s a shop that I was interested since I made our travel plan The shop closed the day we arrived here, but today it’s open That day we didn’t have enough time Yeah, it was about 10 minutes As soon as we got off the express bus, the local bus arrived 10 minutes later
But today we came back from Ine. What time did we leave Ine? 1:30 p.m. And the express bus will come at 4:45 p.m., so we had plenty of time And it’s rain here. We decided to stay in the shop But it’s a very small shop that have about 5 tables
They have cookies We’ve picked this They recommend the homemade bread Oh! so I’m right in ordering sandwich The menu only has a few things. There’s sandwich with homemade bread, spices chicken curry, french toast, and also toast There’s also a cake with drink set It’s called “Today’s Cake”
Yeah, because they will change the cake everyday Today is chocolate cream cake I ordered this one My sandwich is arrived I’ve never seen before I mean I’ve never seen this kind of bread before served with mashed potatoes. We ordered hot cocoa, apple juice, and Por’s chocolate cream cake with tea
In my opinion It’s like Nama Chocolate I think it’s chocolate that mixed with milk or cream I think it’s yummy but a bit sweet for me Yummy and soft. It’s good to eat with hot tea It’s cold and windy, my fingers are hurt We’re standing and waiting for the express bus
About 5 minutes later, we have to wait outside and it’s very cold -My hands are very cold. -It’s raining and there’s wind I didn’t think it would go down to 10 degrees And right now we wear clothes only 2 layers For returning We use the same method Taking the express bus
But we didn’t go back to Kyoto We will continue to Osaka So the bus reservation website is another website Then we will go to Shin-Osaka Station Because our hotel is at Shin-Osaka Station Now we have arrived at the hotel Located at Shin-Osaka Station The hotel name is Unizo Inn Shin Osaka
This is my room It’s a small single room This is the suitcase that we sent here in advance That’s all. 1 bed, chair, and TV As I told , you have to look carefully when booking If you booked 1 room for 2 guests. Maybe you will get a room like this
The best way to be safe is reserve a twin room (double bed), it’s the best way This is the bathroom. It’s a bit small but that’s okay Bathtub, hair dryer, and towels Pajamas are also provided There is a refrigerator and a kettle They have a pitcher and a glass
You can use this pitcher to fill with water They have a free water dispenser. In front of the elevator You can go and get water there Being alone in this room, I thought no problem Mom and Tan’s room has double beds. But room size is only a bit wider than this
