  1. Overall, well done video. Needs editing. Your New Orleans segment featured several photos of NYC. Your number 7 tag for SLC said Charlotte. Finally, your number one growing area had nothing to do with San Francisco or Oakland which by themselves are gaining nothing if not losing population. Finally, while Seattle has some pretty cool stuff, you can't walk three blocks downtown without encountering a mental health crisis, I was just there this summer. If you want to be in a safe city, don't move somewhere where it is warm enough to live outdoors year round and the government provides copious cash unemployment benefits and also doesn't enforce common sense laws like shooting up heroine on the street. It's not brain surgery. In thirty years, San Francisco has gone from probably my favorite city to a place I wouldn't go near.

  2. Newark New Jersey had a population of 283,000 in 2010. in 2020 Newark had a population of 307,000. an increase of24,000 or 8% making it the fastest growing city in the United States.

  3. San Antonio is the second largest city in Texas, not Austin.
How are you going to compare “areas” with actual cities? Nonsensical.

  4. Why would ANYONE move to swampy New Orleans? How can that POSSIBLY be #1. The Humidity alone would keep me away, even for a weekend.
