Welcome to the Travel Hotel Channel! This trip is a 2-night, 3-day trip where you can enjoy accommodations where you can stay with your pet. Christmas trip scheduled for December 24th to 26th. We will send you information about the second day. I just left Rembrandt Style Gotemba Komakado where I stayed.

For the second day’s plan, let’s stop at the roadside station “Subashiri” on the way to Lake Yamanaka. Here we will take a break for our dog, and then head towards the roadside station “Fujiyoshida”. Then, we will go to Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, which has a spectacular view.

This is a popular spot among foreigners and is famous for its view of Mt. Fuji, cherry blossoms, and a five-storied pagoda. Let’s go to Gouta near Lake Yamanaka for lunch. A European cafe that is particular about its food, cakes, and architecture. I’m looking forward to it, including the cooking!

After that, we will head to One’s Resort Lake Yamanaka, where we will be staying today. It seems that we have arrived at the roadside station “Subashiri” which is the closest to Mt. Fuji. I feel like there are more facilities for pets these days. Now is a good time to travel with your dog.

First, let’s go to the dog run. The environment is very well maintained, including the UNCHI BOX. The dog run is on a bit of a hill. There is a footbath at the roadside station “Subashiri”. Tenui are sold at the cash register for 100 yen. I bought this and headed to the footbath.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside. I feel sorry for you, but please let your dog wait a little while. It’s now apple hot water. The water is slightly slimy and relatively lukewarm. Even in the cold, the footbath is very refreshing. I will have Mt. Fuji’s red Fuji soft serve.

Don’t you find yourself buying something when you stop by a roadside station, service area, or parking area? It’s delicious even when it’s cold! Lake Yamanaka has the largest area among the Fuji Five Lakes and is also located at the highest elevation.

On the other hand, since the water depth is the shallowest of the Fuji Five Lakes, it may completely freeze over during the coldest months. It is located on a plateau at an altitude of approximately 1000m and has a climate similar to that of Hokkaido.

Summers are cool and pleasant, but winters are bitterly cold. Instead, it is also a place where you can see frost-covered trees and a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The reason I stopped at the roadside station “Fujiyoshida” was to buy clothes for my dog, which gets very cold. It depends on the Montbell attached.

Montbell is a company in Osaka, and their mascot, Montabea, is cute. Take a quick look at outdoor gear and choose clothes for your dog. It looks like this can be used as an outerwear. Buy it as a Christmas present. Will you like it? Next, we will head to Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine.

This is a shrine dedicated to Obanasakuyahime, a goddess who appears in Japanese mythology. She is the daughter of Mimi Oyama, the head of the mountain gods, and as her name suggests, she is the goddess of flowers and beauty, with the beauty of the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

She is the mother goddess who marries Amaterasu’s grandson, Qiongzhu, and gives birth to a son named Hitsugu. She is a goddess with the strength to give birth under fire, and because she gave birth safely even under such conditions, she

Is enshrined at Mt. Fuji as the god of Anzan, or the god of fire. The spectacular view here is like the original Japanese scenery that foreigners imagine, with Mt. Fuji, cherry blossoms, and a five-storied pagoda, and many foreigners have visited here. It made me wonder if we were the only Japanese people there.

By the way, to get to this spectacular view point, you can either take the 398-step Sakuya Hime Stairs or walk along the promenade. It’s quite tiring, so please try to keep your spirits up. Gutan has seats that allow pets.

The building here is also very elaborate, and there is also a dollhouse museum attached. I think it’s part of that, but there’s also a doll house displayed outside. I ordered the lunch set. I was a little late because I was an elderly couple with a dog. Both the owner and the staff were friendly and I had a great time. It’s a restaurant I’d like to visit again! Now, I’m heading to One’s Resort Lake Yamanaka, where I’ll be staying today.

The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived. Staff: “If you have any luggage, I’d like you to drop it off here first.” Staff: “We’ll be waiting for you.” We thank them for their service, and the Christmas decorations liven up the atmosphere.

At the entrance, there are goods for your dog and a night light. They even provide bench courts for walking. It’s really well made. After a simple check-in sign at the counter, we moved to another location and received a welcome drink and an explanation of the hotel.

After that, I was shown to my room. It is operated by Seravi Resort Izumigo, the same management organization as the Izu Kogen One One Paradise Hotel & Cottage that I used this summer. Is the concept of a dog-first resort hotel utilized here as well? I’m really looking forward to it!

In the elevator hall, there are dog goods and a washbasin. Well, it’s fulfilling! This room is the cheapest Japanese-style room. That’s enough! Let’s take a quick room tour. When you enter, there are dog goods on the right side. There is a sink and toilet on the left.

The toilet had a washlet and was easy to use. The interior is Ryukyu tatami style. There is a safe under the humidifier tea set . Amenities are also available here. The refrigerator is also large enough. Contains 2 bottles of mineral water. This kind of consideration makes me happy!

Hey, Mash, how are you doing? There are two dock runs, one on the rooftop and one outside. The dock run outside is green artificial grass, which is also nice. There is a promenade in the forest where you can take your dog for a walk. Let’s go to the rooftop dock run!

The blue artificial turf and Mt. Fuji are picturesque. As usual, the young lady is a dog lover and won’t go to the dog park if there are other dogs around. After a while, the other dogs disappeared, so I went to the dog run for a little while.

Goods for dogs were available at every entrance. These dry towels and wet towels are perfect for wiping your feet! It was so convenient. Dinner is with my dog. Order your dog’s food in advance. The menu is really extensive. You’ll get lost. Today is December 25th, Christmas. Enjoy dinner while drinking Yamanashi wine.

I want to go for a walk! i wanna go! This is a general review of One’s Resort Lake Yamanaka. There was no bath in the room, but there was a large public bath. A large public bath that uses the Yamanakako hot spring “Benifuji no Yu”.

A high-quality simple alkaline hot spring that is extremely rare in the world and has a very high alkalinity value, but is mild in composition. The alkaline hot water has the effect of removing dirt and dead skin from the skin, and is said to be a hot spring for beauty or beautiful skin.

The hot water was very good! There were a lot of services and goods for dogs, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The location of the dog run overlooking Mt. Fuji was great. The overall benefits are I will have 4 beards . O.G.
