Enjoy Oita’s Gourmet Food & ♨️Onsen on the Luxury Train🚃 Yufuin-Beppu
Thank you for watching! This time we are going to Yufuin in Oita Prefecture to take a ride on the Yufuin-no-mori! We will enjoy hot springs and gourmet food, and also visit “Toyoken”, the birthplace of Toriten (chicken tempura)! I hope you can have a look at this before you go to Oita prefecture!
Looking forward to good weather in Kyushu area! The plane was Wi-Fi enabled, but I couldn’t connect after all… Departure at last! Flight from Haneda Airport to Oita Airport takes 1 hour and 45 minutes Direct bus from Oita Airport to Yufuin It takes less than an hour from the airport to Yufuin
In Yufuin, I will enjoy gourmet food and visit Kinrin-ko lake. First of all, we go to “Yunotsubo Kaido” which is 10 minutes walk from Yufuin station. A 10-minute walk from the station, a representative sightseeing spot of Yufuin where you can eat and walk around. Dorayaki” looks delicious

About 3 minutes walk from Yufuin station They fry them on the spot, so they are hot and delicious! It’s almost time to leave, so we head back to the station. The station opened in 1925, and there is a footbath on the platform. Finally, we board the Yufuin-no Mori train.
JR Kyushu’s popular train “Yufuin no Mori No.3″ has arrived at the station This is a popular sightseeing train, and one I’ve wanted to ride for a long time! Many passengers get off at Yufuin station It took about 5 minutes for all the passengers to get off
It is relatively empty from Yufuin station to Beppu station There are a lot of foreign visitors I was able to reserve a seat in the first car Yufuin-no Mori” cars have been in use since 1989 and have been remodeled several times. Departure delayed 15 minutes due to door failure
It takes about 1 hour to the final destination, Beppu station. (Since this is a popular train, there were many people taking pictures even before departure. The train cars are old, but retro and luxurious atmosphere The interior is wood-grained, so it is relaxing We’re going to take a quick tour of the vehicle.
The floor is higher than usual, called a high-decker structure. The wood-grain design makes it look like a luxury hotel. There is a free seat in the connecting section. Both sides are attached to each other, so you can enjoy the view more. There is also a dedicated luggage area for carry-on bags
