SUB【渋谷ストリーム エクセルホテル東急】徹底紹介!世界中の旅人を魅了する大人なオススメホテル / 東京 / ホテル紹介

Shibuya Station boasts the world’s second largest number of passengers per day. This time, we will visit a hotel in a facility that is directly connected to Shibuya Station. Pass by Shibuya Scramble Square and head towards your destination C2 exit. Shibuya Stream. We are here to visit you.

This Shibuya Stream was named after the Shibuya River that flows nearby and the desire to continue to create new next-generation flows as a “mecca for creative workers,” hence the name “stream” meaning “flow”. The exterior features at-random white panels created by Coelacanth and Associates. First, let’s take the escalator to the second floor.

When I entered Shibuya Stream, there was a sign directing me to the hotel. The icons at the feet are also easy to understand and have a cute design. Several Shibuya Stream lanterns were hung overhead.

The logo of Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu, which we will be visiting this time. Go up on the escalator in the back. The 4th floor is where the reception is located. Let’s go through the check-in procedures. The procedure is completed while the staff guides you through the facility.

I will introduce the inside of the hotel later! The elevator for the guest room floor is a card key type. Security is also perfect. In addition, becoming a member of Tokyu Hotels offers a variety of benefits, including late check-out. We arrived at the 10th floor where our room was located.

I’ll introduce you to the elevator hall later, so please watch until the end. By the way, this hotel is scheduled to be rebranded to SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL in January 2024. I would like to visit again after the rebranding, so I hope to be able to introduce you again when that time comes.

Room 1031, which I was assigned this time. It’s the type where the room number is written on the door. I was excited to see what kind of room I had been assigned…and then I entered the room! I entered the room. It seems like there’s a good atmosphere…!

This is the room this time. It’s a slightly larger room. There is a DD card and a linen exchange order card on the door. There is a light switch on the left as soon as you enter the room. Inside the room that interests you! We are moving forward! Let’s take a look around!

Although the area is 36.4㎡, it feels larger than the number! What’s the view like from your room? You can also see Hikarie on the right, Shibuya Scramble Square in front, Shibuya Fukuras, and Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu. Below you is the Metropolitan Expressway No. 3 Shibuya Line.

You can also see the area around the scramble intersection. It was the day when “Shibuya Halloween” was in full swing. Let’s take a look from the window. Panasonic humidifying air purifier. The rug was a warm color and had a sense of unity with the furniture.

The bed uses a Sealy brand mattress made in America. There was also information on how to clean the room during consecutive stays. A footstool is also provided. It’s nice to sit here and look outside. Let’s take a look at the nightwear provided on the bed.

It was a one-piece type nightwear made of comfortable material. Let’s also take a look at the customary mattresses. The mattress is quite thick. The pad is hooked in an interesting place. There is a baggage rack next to the bed. There is plenty of room even for my own large carrier. Inside the drawers…

Both were empty. It’s large, so it might be good for carrying luggage. There is an open closet right after entering the room. The type with a light embedded in the frame is stylish ♡ There are 2 types of hangers, 6 in total. Deodorizing and disinfecting spray bottle with hotel logo.

A shoe polisher is also hung. Shoehorn and brush. I think you can put your bags here too. Is there something in the drawer? There’s a security box in the drawer on the left, and something in the drawer on the right. The laundry service price list was on the top shelf.

At the bottom is Tokyu Hotels & Resorts’ information magazine “COMFORTS.” The slippers are the type that come in a cloth bag. These are brown slippers with open toes. The thickness is moderate. It was fluffier than I expected. It’s nice to have an open end so it doesn’t get stuffy.

Around the desk in the living space. The color scheme is the same as the wood and sofa. Stylish leather chair with armrests. A sofa made with the same design as the previous chair. Above the sofa is an art board designed by Jiro Fujita.

There were also stand lights that created a moody atmosphere at night. Let’s take a look at what’s on the table. Holder for card key. A random panel of the building exterior is drawn. When I opened it, there were various instructions written on it.

This is the back of the holder. This is an emergency exit guide. card key design. The color of the holder is reversed and it is stylish. This time, since breakfast was included, a breakfast ticket was also included. I will introduce them later.

By the way, by reading the QR code inside the holder, I was able to check the crowd status of the restaurant. Information leaflet received at check-in. Wi-Fi speed was reasonable at 46Mbps download and 62Mbps upload. Information on Meister Rooms etc. on each floor. I will introduce you in detail later!

Room service information and TV guide. Room service, reasonably priced. I had it for dinner this time. Writing utensils and alcohol disinfectant sheets. The ballpoint pen does not have the hotel logo. When I turned on the TV, the hotel information menu was displayed. A simple guide to the Meister Room is also available here.

Room theater that can be viewed by purchasing a VOD card. By the way, this TV… You can pull it out like this and see it even on your bed. Let’s take a look at the bedside. First, start from the right side. The wooden headboard creates warmth.

The in-room telephone is wall-mounted on the headboard. There is one power outlet, a knob for a reading light, and a guide with numbers for the front desk, etc. A standing light was installed at the foot. Next, let’s look to the left.

1 power outlet, USB port for charging, and control panel for reading light and room lighting. There was an alarm clock made by Rhythm. I’ll look around the refrigerator. There are various things placed on the shelves. Free mineral water and sparkling water. It’s rare that they have carbonated water.

There is a tissue box behind it. Tefal electric kettle. Let’s also take a look at the middle shelf. There are glasses and cups. A coaster under the glass. Same design as card key. A mug with the city of Shibuya drawn on it. I’ll check out these teas as well.

There are two types of Ogawa Coffee’s ASUE brand coffee. It is Active and Relax. JAF TEA English Breakfast tea bags. Tokyu Hotel’s familiar Sencha and Hojicha tea bags. Inside the Toshiba refrigerator… It didn’t contain anything in particular. There is no refrigeration function. Lastly, I will introduce the water area!

A large mirror on a stylish wall covered with tiles. A TOTO sink that is large enough. Saraya face and hand soap. It smells very nice. Accessory case and information on plastic reduction efforts. The green coin system that Tokyu Hotels is working on. There were also plastic cups.

This is a hair dryer holder. What kind of hair dryer? It was a Panasonic Ionity. This is a hair dryer that you often see. A set of toothbrush and toothpaste. Personally, I like this and it’s easy to use. Margaret Josephine skin care set. Foldable standing mirror. It’s really convenient to have this.

Towels and trash cans were also stored on shelves. Laundry basket. Introducing the amenities brought from the lobby. hairbrush. A set of cotton and cotton swabs. A set of T-shaped razor and shaving cream. Relaxation sheet and facial mask. Disposable mouthwash. Quench-a tea. I love tea so I’m grateful! Inside this sliding door…

I was in the bathroom. Just the right size to relax. TOTO toilet with tankless washlet. Washlet remote control. The paper holder was a double type. Take a look at the bathrooms that interest you! The bathroom is a bright white space. It had a sufficiently large washing area.

The body towel is a fixed type that can be reused. Bath amenities are Kose’s “STEPHEN KNOLL”. The area around the faucet is made of Grohe. There is no rain shower, and the hand shower does not have any special water flow switching type.

Bath salts from the Modern Ancient and Contemporary Series from UA Chemical Research Institute. The bathtub was large enough for one person. We will briefly introduce the facilities within the hotel. First, go to the Meister Room located on each guest room floor.

I came to the 9th floor. This floor is said to have colors that were popular in the 1920s and 1930s. It’s a great idea that makes you want to stay on different floors. The Meister room on the 9th floor is “ACTIVE MEISTER”. Let’s take a look inside. It had become a fitness room.

“POWERBLOCK” is a variable weight dumbbell. Two spin bikes. Water servers and towels are also available. We also have balance balls, training mats, and stretching poles. I came to the 10th floor, which is also the accommodation floor. This seems to incorporate colors that were popular in the 1940s and 1950s.

The Meister Room on the 10th floor is “SHOE CARE MEISTER”. It seems to be a master room specializing in shoe care. Space for shoe polishing while seated. The free shoe shine service is currently suspended. There were also books related to shoes. Each one has a tasteful setting that will catch your eye.

A well-used shoe keeper. There’s something next to it… It contained creams and brushes used for cleaning. I came to the 11th floor. This seems to incorporate colors that were popular in the 1960s and 1970s. The Meister Room on the 11th floor is “STYLE CARE MEISTER”. Let’s go inside right away.

As the name suggests, it is like a room where you take care of the clothes you wear. There are two ironing boards already prepared. An iron is also available. Two trouser presses are also provided.

This is an exchange machine for 1000 yen bills and 500 yen coins. At the time of shooting, the new 500 yen coin was not supported. A machine for purchasing room theater VOD viewing rights that you can watch on your room TV. A closet-type clothing steamer manufactured by LG Electronics.

Two drum-type washing machines are also installed. I came to the 12th floor. This seems to incorporate colors that were popular in the 1980s and 1990s. The Meister Room on the 12th floor is 2DRINK MEISTER”. It’s a Coca-Cola space. A bench shaped like a Coca-Cola can. The impact is amazing!

Various soft drinks were sold. The price is also reasonable. I came to the 13th floor, the top floor of the guest room. This seems to incorporate the colors that were popular in the 2000s to 2010s. The Meister Room on the 13th floor is “FOOD MEISTER”.

This room seems to be equipped with cooking appliances. There are also tables and chairs where you can enjoy your meal. Various cooking appliances are lined up against the wall. Toaster oven manufactured by Balmuda. Ozone sterilization and deodorization machine manufactured by Maxell. Rice cooker made by Balmuda. Electric kettle also made by Balmuda.

Microwave oven manufactured by Sharp. There was also a sink so you could wash dishes etc. That’s all for the introduction to Meister Room. The introduction inside the hotel continues! I came to the 4th floor. This is the reception.

There’s also a check-in machine next to it, so it’s helpful if you’re in a hurry. There is an amenity corner next to the check-in machine. Let’s take the amenities introduced in the room tour earlier from here! This is the lobby lounge.

It is a public space that serves as a hub for interaction among hotel guests, Shibuya Stream halls, and visitors to the office. A beautiful chandelier hangs overhead in the lobby lounge. A stylish separator between the lobby/lounge and elevator hall. Since we stayed in late October, there were Halloween decorations next to the reception.

The shelves on the wall are decorated with many books and art related to Shibuya. Of course, there is also a foreign currency exchange machine. And there’s something inside too. Digital signage where you can view tourist information about Tokyo. You can also view it in your browser. Various flyers were also placed.

This is “Bar & Dining TORRENT” which is a hotel restaurant. The breakfast venue is also located here. Let’s order room service later! This is not a hotel facility, but a cafe and event space on the same 4th floor. A shop called “Torque Spice & Herb””. If you are interested, please check it out.

I had a late lunch at “Izohachi Miso Ramen” in Shibuya Stream. The restaurant is run by Kazutetsu Komiya, the founder of Tsukemen TETSU. As someone who loves “Tsukemen TETSU”, this is a restaurant that I’m very interested in!

I ordered it. When it comes to miso, I think of Sapporo, so I chose Sapporo style. Mapo tofu rice exclusively for takeout. I’m curious about this… This is Sapporo style. First of all, the noodles were different compared to the regular one.

By the way, you can choose between chicken or pork. Both are delicious, so please try them. For dinner, I ordered room service. A robot came down from the elevator. This is the hotel delivery robot “Relay”. A robot that delivers room service, etc.

I was informed that a robot would be transporting it, so I took the opportunity to track it down! The hotel logo is printed on the front and back. They are carrying it with all their might! Finally arrived at the room. The guest room phone will notify you when you arrive.

Open the lid and receive what you asked for! Is there anything I can help you with? I answered, “No,” and she left with a message saying, “Bye! I’m heading home.” Thank you for delivering it ! This is fried chicken. 1,400 yen including tax and service charge. It’s reasonable.

The batter was crispy and the bonito meat was juicy and delicious! This is a pork cutlet sandwich. 1,300 yen including tax and service charge. The meat is so soft that it almost melts. Both are recommended! It was very delicious. I’m really looking forward to breakfast! Good morning. It’s time for breakfast.

You will register at the restaurant entrance and be guided to your seat. We took our seats and received a brief explanation, so let’s take a look around. There are only 66 dining seats, which is a small number, but it is a stylish space.

Now, let’s take a look at the buffet table in order. Start from this corner. Let’s start from the back. Salads and cold meals are available. Salad corner. Smoked salmon, avocado, cheese and tomato slices. Escapech with various toppings. Soy meat chicken, ham, salami, etc. Bread and cold meal companions.

This is the bread corner. First, some bread. Carrot rolls and whole wheat rolls. Campagne, walnut loaf, croissant. Pain au chocolat and soy milk bread. Let’s take a look at the other side of the bread we mentioned earlier. You can make your own Chinese porridge using your favorite toppings.

There are various ingredients such as green onions, cashew nuts, and chicken. Chinese porridge is prepared in this rice cooker. This is salad dressing. Next is the drinks corner. Drip pod coffee maker and capsules. Soft drinks such as vegetable juice, grapefruit juice, and orange juice. They also have acai juice and milk.

Hot coffee or hot water. Tea was provided in tea bags from Tea Earth. We also have flakes and granola. Hot meals were lined up by the window. Clam chowder as today’s soup. German potato and vegetable quiche, bacon. ratatouille and sausage. Hashed beef, butter rice. Scrambled eggs and soy meat hamburger.

There is also a fruit corner near the hot meal corner. There were melons, oranges, lychees, piones, and muscats. Pear sauce and yogurt. This is the meal I brought. You can also order an omelet as an option, although it will be an additional charge.

This is the omelet I ordered. It was fluffy, melty and delicious! We also had Chinese porridge and hashed beef. They are all delicious! Yogurt cutely decorated by Mako-chan. Thank you for the meal! Thank you for the meal! Unfortunately, it was time to check out.

What did you think of Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu? The hotel was conveniently located in Shibuya, yet had a nice adult atmosphere. This is a highly recommended hotel that you will definitely want to visit again, as you are also interested in the other rooms!

I’m looking forward to seeing how things will change after the rebrand in January 2024. A hotel official told us that the hotel is based on the concept of Night Entertaiment, so the lighting, etc. will be changed. We sincerely hope for further progress! Thank you for watching until the end!
