My solo trip to Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture gave me time to myself. Today we will be sightseeing in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture. First, get a tipsy map at the tourist information center ! You can tour the breweries that make sake and compare the drinks!

However, since I didn’t know the rules and it was extremely crowded, I wasn’t able to take many photos, so I just had 5 drinks and headed home. lol The rules for drinking out are explained at the second store! I bought some souvenirs and headed to the next warehouse.

We arrived at the second Masumi-san. A modern Japanese warehouse. That’s Sugitama. The green color is a sign that new sake has been released. It’s an attack! (Tipsy) A Fukusuke doll that prays for business prosperity will welcome you . It looks like they also sell pottery.

I’m sure the taste will be different if you drink it in such a nice container.There was a corner at the back of the store where you could compare the drinks. Wow, there are a lot of foreigners too! amazing. Here, I will finally explain the drinking tour.

This system allows you to drink at five breweries in Suwa. First, buy coins at the tourist information center. You can sample 4 to 5 glasses from each brewery. Pour alcohol from a machine that dispenses one sip. This is a system where you can taste and compare the sake made in each brewery.
