SUB【金沢東急ホテル】徹底紹介!金沢の繁華街の中心に位置する究極にくつろげるオススメホテル / 金沢 / ホテル紹介

Thank you for watching. This is my first trip to Kanazawa! Board the Shinkansen and head to Kanazawa. Arrive at Kanazawa Station and take the hotel’s free shuttle bus to the hotel.

Reservations from the station to the hotel must be made by phone in advance, and reservations from the hotel to the station must be made at the time of check-in. Now, let’s briefly trace the history of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel, where we will be staying this time.

Opened in 1985 in Korinbo, Kanazawa City’s representative downtown area. In 2002, the hotel was rebranded to Kanazawa Excel Hotel Tokyu with the aim of developing new markets. In anticipation of the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kanazawa Station in 2015,

The hotel underwent a major renovation in 2014 and was upgraded again to the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. We safely arrived at Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. You will be greeted by the staff and will head to the reception. Kanazawa accounts for over 98% of Japan’s gold leaf production. You can see many golden decorations.

The check-in process is ongoing at the reception desk. After completing the formalities, you will head to your room with the staff who will carry your luggage. As I mentioned during Shibuya Stream, please join Tokyu Hotels Comfort Members. We’ll bring you more details about the elevator hall, etc. later!

This is room 705, which I was assigned this time. Hold your room key over and let’s enter! I entered the room. The room seems to have a Japanese feel to it, but let’s start with the area around the entrance. Here is the location of this room. The next room is a corner room.

A dummy card was already inserted where the card key was inserted. I’m still curious about the room, so I’m going to go inside! The room will be called Deluxe Twin “KANAZAWA”! There are twin beds in the center of the room. A bed liner is also provided.

The bed liner has a plum pattern, which is also the city tree of Kanazawa. They also had nightwear, so I checked it out right away. It was a one-piece type nightwear. Let’s check the bed. When you turn over the sheets, the first thing you see is the bed pad.

The mattress was made by Simmons. It’s extremely comfortable to sleep on. I also checked the pillows. One was using Maruhachi Pro’s Sleep Artist. The other pillow is Tempur-Pedic. I feel the commitment to both. The bed is low, probably due to the thickness of the mattress.

The inside of the room has flooring. Since you take off your shoes, you may be able to go barefoot. By sliding the shoji door up… I was also able to look outside. In the back is a sofa large enough for two adults to sit comfortably. Cushions in warm colors.

Now, I returned to the entrance of the room once again. Take off your shoes here and enter the room. disposable slippers. It’s the type with open toes. Umbrella and shoehorn. The umbrella had the hotel logo on it.

There is nothing in particular in the shoe closet. The bottom tier is tall enough to fit boots. Overhead there are hangers and hooks for hanging coats. At my feet is a Daikin humidifying air purifier. Inside the baggage rack drawer…

Laundry related items are on the upper level, and a security box is on the lower level. Laundry bag and price list. Next to it is a green card. This is an initiative of Tokyu Hotels & Resorts, which aims to be an “earth-friendly hotel.” Laundry price list. Is it relatively cheap?

A closet with a full-length mirror attached to the door. There weren’t many hangers, but there were enough. Some even have logos. brush and shoe polisher. There were also hangers and recesses on the other side. Information magazines and hotel guides are next to the closet door.

COMFORTS is the newsletter of Tokyu Hotels & Resorts. Next to it was a folding standing mirror. I will introduce you to the desk area and what you received at check-in. This one has the hotel logo stamped on it… Information on the in-room telephone and writing utensils were provided.

Information on cleaning the guest room when staying for consecutive nights. Guest room information. Let’s check it out properly. TV remote control. It had a cover. The TV is made by Mitsubishi and is a fixed type that can be hung on the wall and cannot be pulled out.

The TV was not compatible with YouTube, Netflix, or Chromecast. Club lounge information. We will also introduce the lounge later. The card key holder you received at check-in. When you open it, you’ll find a card key, breakfast coupon, Wi-Fi information, breakfast information, etc.

Also check your Wi-Fi speed. Download speed was 332Mbps and upload speed was 198Mbps. Click here for the card key design. It is a calm silver card. Breakfast is served at the restaurant “Marais d’Or” on the second floor. I will also introduce this at the end. I will introduce the area around the bed.

The reading light has a nice and simple design that doesn’t disrupt the Japanese atmosphere. The power outlet and lighting control panel were located between the twin beds. Tissue box. In-room telephone. There was also information about massages. BRUNO table clock with USB charging port. One LAN port was also provided.

I’ll show you a shelf with a refrigerator. When I opened the pure white door of the shelf… It contained cups. Nikko mug. Coffee cup with glass and stylish design. It was a coffee cup with various flower designs drawn on it. A stylish mirror was also installed.

There are Nespresso machines, potions, and red boxes. This red box contains instructions on how to use a Nespresso machine. It contained various tea bags. It was a tea bag of TWG black tea, Kaga bocha, and sencha. There are four types of Nespresso portions, including decaf. Mineral water available for free.

Maybe it’s unusual for Tokyu Hotel? A Nespresso machine. In the cupboards and drawers below… There is a refrigerator inside the door. There was an electric kettle in the drawer. Tiger electric kettle. Hitachi refrigerator. Inside… There was nothing in it. It’s the type that can adjust the temperature.

Last but not least is water related. First, go to the bathroom at the entrance of the room. It looks like a restroom with a sink. It’s a small bathroom, but it’s just the right size. TOTO toilet with washlet. The toilet seat lid was an automatic opening/closing type.

It feels like looking at the remote control, it’s like a multi-functional washlet. The sink is made by Flaminia in Italy. Kao face and hand soap was also available. Check the washroom and bathroom at the back of the room. Double sink in black wash basin. There is a sense of luxury.

There are face towels and hand towels next to the sink. There is one power outlet underneath. Kao face and hand soap is also available here. Information that tap water can be used for drinking. There are also two cups for the bathroom. A note about the tissue box and hair dryer.

The right side of the sink is the same as the left side. There’s almost no soap. At my feet was a bathrobe in a bag and a rolled-up bath towel. What’s in this drawer? A Tescom hair dryer was included. It has a cold air function.

To the right of the washroom, there were all the amenities. Carthusia bath amenities originated on the island of Capri, Italy. There was also Carthusia bar soap. It has a nice and elegant scent ♡ Along with the green card mentioned earlier, this green coin is an initiative of Tokyu Hotels & Resorts.

Let’s check this box as well. Pola’s Kalahari series skin care set. Comes with a face mask, gorgeous! Cotton and cotton swabs. Disposable mouthwash. A set of T-shaped razor and shaving cream. A set of toothbrush and toothpaste. Hairbrush. There was also a chair in the washroom. Now, let’s take a look at the bathroom.

Bath mat on the bathroom door. Please be careful when entering the bathroom as there is a step. The shower was a hand shower only. Hajimari Organic stationary type bath amenities. The faucet is made by TOTO. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out your legs comfortably.

This time’s room is the type where you can use the club lounge, so let’s go to the club lounge. This is the entrance to the club lounge on the second floor. Let’s go inside right away. There are 7 lounge seats, 4 counter seats, and 24 table seats.

Alcohol was already being served, probably because I went close to cocktail hour. There was also water and Kaga stick tea. Red and white wines are also available. Mixed nuts, pistachio. Engadinner is a tart wrapped in caramel and walnuts made with Kanazawa Jiro candy. Chocolate, langue de chat, rice crackers. This is a scone.

There are salads, sandwiches, and matcha chocolate in the refrigerator. There are soft drinks and beer in the refrigerator in the drink corner. coffee maker. Comes with milk foam. Ice, coffee cups, and mugs were here. Darjeeling tea, rooibos tea, brown rice tea, etc. These are the snacks we had at tea time.

This koji langue de chat was so delicious that I found it while sightseeing the next day and bought it. Matcha chocolate. It was quite rich, moist, and delicious. Something like a tart and a sandwich. Apple juice. Hotel apple juice is very rich. I will also introduce you to the inside of the lounge.

These are located near the entrance and can be purchased at the front desk. Since 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit, there were also cute wooden models. Books that can be read in the lounge. There were also books related to Ishikawa Prefecture.

There is a large table seat in the back. We had a meal here. Cocktail time. There was no particular change in what was lined up, there was pound cake. This lounge is available for Luxury Floor, Deluxe Twin KANAZAWA and Premier Twin rooms.

If you are interested, please check the website and reserve a room that you can access. Next, I would like to briefly introduce the inside of the hotel. We would like to introduce some of the facilities within the hotel. The hotel logo next to the entrance was glimpsed at the opening.

There is a mat with the hotel logo at the entrance. A large lantern with the Tokyu Hotels logo on it and wonderful artwork will welcome you. If you turn your eyes to the right… There is an escalator heading to the lobby floor.

Lobby floor on the second floor. This is the view from near the entrance of the club lounge. Dining and bar lounge “Marais d’Or”. This will be the breakfast venue tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it now. Autumn menu dishes and sweets were summarized. Neapolitan looks delicious! Veggie burgers and chef’s recommended menus.

There was also information about Christmas and New Year’s. Information on the Shoryudo (Dragon Route), which is known as the good luck route in Aichi, Gifu, Toyama, and Ishikawa. What you can see over there is the reception. This is the reception of Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel.

Reception is in front. On the left hand side is the counter for web check-in. Behind the reception was a wonderful Kanazawa-like art board. WEB check-in counter. There weren’t many people using it. Crafts are displayed next to the reception. Elevator to guest room floor. The vermilion color stands out.

It’s not the type where you hold up your card key, so people who are concerned about security may be concerned. Elevator hall on the 7th floor, which is the accommodation floor. There was a wonderful artwork displayed at the feet. This is the hallway. The carpet had the same pattern as the elevator hall.

Now that we have come to Kanazawa, let’s go out to eat something. I came here to eat dinner. This is “Uchuken Shokudo” in the Katamachi area. About 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Go inside right away! I personally like the atmosphere. You can also see the kitchen from the counter seats.

This is the pork belly set meal that I ordered. 800 yen. No matter how you turn it, it’s definitely delicious. ♡ We served it with a special sauce. It was very delicious! Yakisoba ordered by Mako-chan. 600 yen. It was also delicious! Good morning, it’s time for breakfast.

You can eat it at the hotel’s restaurant “Marais d’Or”, which I introduced earlier. All Tokyu Hotels put a lot of effort into their food, so I’m really looking forward to it. We were shown to our seats. Let’s take a look at the buffet table!

First up is white rice made with Hyakuman grain from Ishikawa Prefecture. Miso soup using Kaga miso. There are also miso soup ingredients. There are delicious and hot meals here. Gratin with lots of ingredients. Kanazawa Yakisoba. Both look delicious! This is the drink corner. Hot coffee next to a Nikko cup.

Hot water and tea. Tea Earth brand was lined up for tea. Water, apple juice, orange juice, tomato juice, milk. Cereals, iced tea, iced coffee, and hojicha. Komatsuna and pineapple smoothie, detox water, and fruit vinegar. There are two pots here. Let’s take a look. Condiments for porridge.

Porridge made from Hyakuman grain. Next to it is Kenchinjiru. Natto made with roasted seaweed and soybeans from Ishikawa Prefecture. A cold tofu made with hard tofu that is made at the foot of Mt. Hakusan. Kanazawa yuzu ponzu sauce, shiru dashi using Ishikawa prefecture’s fish sauce “Ishiru”, and Ohno soy sauce.

This is the bread corner. Pancakes, French toast, and waffles. Powdered sugar and azuki beans. honey or maple syrup. 2 types of HERSHEY’S syrups and 2 types of jam. There was also butter. Croissant, pain au chocolat, raisin danish. Grain rolls, Venetian white, white bread.

This is an area that could be called the main buffet table. A stew of “Kuruma-fu” that got its name because it looks like a wheel. Dutch-stewed eggplant is one of the local dishes of Ishikawa Prefecture. Kamaboko and thick fried egg from Noto.

Wakame rice balls, wasabi, Ohno soy sauce, Yamato yam and grated yam. Meggis escapech and komatsuna ohitashi. Terigayaki mackerel (the plate is wrong) This is grilled salmon. Fruits and yogurt are lined up here. Salad chicken, mozzarella cheese, bolognese sausage. Mixed green salad, 15-grain rice, onion slices, cherry tomatoes, potato salad, etc.

There are 3 types of dressing. There was also salt from Suzu. Scrambled eggs, Spanish omelet. French fries, Sicilian style beans and tomato stew. Sausage made with bacon and Noto pork. Kanazawa Shakshuka. This is a dish originating from Tunisia. Eggslut, Primavera. You can make grilled shabu-shabu in this live kitchen.

The meat is stir-fried very skillfully. Add sauce, green onions, and it’s done! Looks delicious ♡ I received a lot of things! A bowl of salad, is that it? That’s what it feels like. Click here for the second flight. There was also a wide variety of Ishikawa Prefecture cuisine. Thank you for the meal.♡

Thank you for the meal! Unfortunately, it was time to check out. How did you like Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel? This highly recommended hotel is located in the center of the downtown area and is perfect as a base for sightseeing. When I come to Kanazawa, I would definitely like to visit this hotel again!

Actually, I stayed there this time because Mako-chan was scheduled for a photo session, so we couldn’t take a leisurely sightseeing trip together. After this, I went sightseeing in Kanazawa solo until Mako-chan’s schedule was over. We visited many sightseeing spots around the hotel on foot.

A Video BLOG of the event will also be released! Looking forward to! Thank you for watching until the end! I hope this helps you choose a hotel or makes you feel like you’re actually there.
