Oh boy… Watched the whole thing… Stomach rumbled… But sadly can only watch… I'm sure the food is as great as it looks.. The calmness and quiet professional methods of the Chefs… Waiters etc… Are an example how great kitchens at star hotels should work… The customers too are peaceful… That's Japan in a nutshell… Less or no talk.. But only work…
