I went to dinner at “Bricole”, a Michelin one-star Japanese restaurant in the Bikan Historical Quarter of Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. This restaurant uses plenty of ingredients from Okayama and the Seto Inland Sea, and uses stress-free seasoning and cooking methods to create dishes. If you want to enjoy seasonal ingredients from Okayama Prefecture, I recommend this restaurant.
