元会社員だった岡村さんは、広島旅行の時に食べたお好み焼きと広島の文化に惚れ込み、福岡で広島のお好み焼き屋を開業することを決意しました。

This channel introduces Japanese food culture, the techniques of Fukuoka Hakata chefs, and Japanese food.

The owner, Mr. Okamura, opened the okonomiyaki restaurant in April 2022.
Mr. Okamura, a former company employee, fell in love with the okonomiyaki he ate during his trip to Hiroshima and the culture of Hiroshima, and decided to open a Hiroshima okonomiyaki restaurant in Fukuoka.
Mr. Okamura is just starting out, but his enthusiasm is second to none.

I love okonomiyaki. Hiroshima-style, of course. But in videos dealing with it, annoying foreigners post a lot of jokes in English that insult the victims of the Japanese atomic bomb.I hope that uploader and sensible people will not leave them unattended and report them to youtube operators.
