I photographed this on the EOS R5 with the RF15-35mm F2.8 L IS USM lens from the comfort of my sleeping bag. I planned to spend that night outside to shoot the sunrise the next morning and I’m glad I did. It is a special thing to be woken up by the rising sun — something we should all experience more.”
