Photo by #CanonExplorerOfLight @tylerstableford | “As part of a project working with Canon’s new flagship camera the EOS-1D X Mark III, I had the chance to take the camera on an adventurous ice climb in the heart of winter. Professional climber Anna Pfaff (@pfaff_anna) and I ventured up the frozen Glenwood Falls, starting out in -5F temps on a particularly cold day. ⁣We struggled to keep our fingers warm through the day as we needed relatively dextrous gloves for the cameras and ice tools — but the camera performed flawlessly. I used the 11-24mm f/4L lens at 14mm to capture this shot of Anna several hundred feet up the route. I love using a wide lens to be right up close to Anna, and to capture the sweeping scenery of Glenwood Canyon beyond.” Camera: #Canon EOS-1D X Mark III
