离开被誉为“中国阿尔卑斯山”的四姑娘山后，我继续深入横断山脉腹地。
穿越大渡河峡谷，翻越群山，我来到了甘孜州丹巴县——嘉绒藏族最具代表性的聚居地之一。
这里没有川西高原常见的辽阔草原，却拥有独特的河谷农耕文明、依山而建的藏寨、世代延续的嘉绒文化，共同构成了与康巴藏区截然不同的人文景观。
旅途中，我品尝了当地特色猪头肉拌饭，漫步丹巴县城，感受真实的藏区日常生活。
而最令人震撼的，莫过于远方巍然耸立的亚拉雪山。
这座海拔5820米的神山，被誉为康巴地区最重要的神山之一，也是无数藏族人心中的精神象征。

After exploring Mount Siguniang, often called the “Alps of China”, I continued deeper into the Hengduan Mountains of western Sichuan.
Crossing dramatic river gorges and winding mountain roads, I arrived in Danba County, one of the cultural centers of the Jiarong Tibetans.
Unlike the vast grasslands often associated with Tibet, Danba is a land of river valleys, ancient stone watchtowers, hillside villages, and centuries-old farming traditions.
In this episode, I explore local Tibetan life, try a traditional pork rice dish, and discover why Danba is considered one of the most unique cultural regions in China.
The highlight of the journey is the magnificent Yala Snow Mountain, a sacred peak rising 5,820 meters above sea level and revered by Tibetans throughout the region.
Join me as we uncover a side of Tibet few travelers ever see and experience the hidden mountain civilization of western China.

山谷裏面城市的建物，入夜後有了燈光，好漂亮。阿樹早期拍攝的雲南鹽津（一線城市），我對那裡也印象深刻。
