South Texas: Caving, riverboat rides, and Tasty Tex-Mex
In episode two, follow the Waltons to South Texas and the Texas State Aquarium to spot animals including flamingos, dolphins, and even sharks. From there, they travel to Natural Bridge Caverns for a guided tour into the vast depths of an impressively preserved cave system. Then, it’s time for a boat trip along the waters of the San Antonio River Walk, before ending the day with some tasty Tex-Mex food at a longtime local favorite, Mi Tierra Cafe.
