Nutmeg is often use as traditional Chinese medicine. You can find it simply everywhere in Penang, it's call the nutmeg mace oil. Remedy for relieving minor muscle/joint aches pain stomach aches and insect bites. Almost every chinese has this at home~

20:29 Try Satay Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Rabbit, Deer and/or even fish next time.
We do eat deer meat in Malaysia. I lived in rural area in Kedah and my neighbour is a licensed hunter. Every raya, we will order deer from him to make deer rendang.
