The bartender walking you to the next bar. That’s really an only in Japan thing that’s so wonderful and I’ve had similar experiences during my travels there.
For me its Bar Limelight in Ibaraki city Osaka, Amber Bar in Kumamoto, Three Monkeys in Koriyama city fukushima.
And my own bar that just opened this week COME BY 🙂 Desperate Prayer.

Awesome coverage as always. Sidenote, if visiting Yokohama in late September into October (not early September like most places in Japan) they host the biggest Oktoberfest in Japan. Was quite impressed. Will have to check out Newjack next time.

Another absolute banger. Kanazawa is so amazing. Yokohama is SO overlooked when people come to Japan. A fun city with a lot of character, a great baseball stadium – oh yea and great bars! 🙂
