旅行の時に泊まったホテルの紹介です。
今回は奈良県班鳩町にある「門前宿　和空法隆寺」に泊まりました。

法隆寺も少しだけ紹介しています。

・法隆寺

推古15年(607)、聖徳太子と推古天皇により創建されたと伝わる。
現存する世界最古の木造建築群として往時の姿を今に伝えている。
境内は西院と東院に大きく分かれ、国宝･重要文化財の建築物だけでも55棟に及ぶ。
全体は大垣(重要文化財)と呼ばれる築地塀に囲まれている。
この寺は法隆寺式伽藍配置と呼ばれる配置になっており、寺の中心である西院伽藍には、五重塔(国宝)と金堂(国宝)が並び、中門(国宝)と大講堂(国宝)をつないで回廊(国宝)が囲む。
また、建造物以外にも優れた仏教美術品を多数所蔵しており、その数は国宝だけで38件・150点、重要文化財を含めると約3000点にもなる。
法隆寺地域の仏教建造物として、平成5年に、世界文化遺産に登録された。

拝観時間：8:00～17:00　※11月4日～2月21日は16：30まで
拝観料：高校生以上…2,000円、中学生…1,700円、小学生…1,000円

I also introduce Horyuji Temple briefly.

・Horyuji Temple

It is said to have been founded in 607 (the 15th year of Empress Suiko’s reign) by Prince Shotoku and Empress Suiko. As the world’s oldest existing wooden architectural complex, it preserves its original appearance to this day.
The temple grounds are broadly divided into the West and East Precincts, and there are 55 buildings designated as National Treasures or Important Cultural Properties.
The entire complex is surrounded by a mud wall called the Ogaki (Important Cultural Property).
This temple has a layout known as the Horyu-ji style temple complex. In the West Precinct, the central part of the temple, the Five-Storied Pagoda (National Treasure) and the Main Hall (National Treasure) stand side by side, and a corridor (National Treasure) surrounds the Middle Gate (National Treasure) and the Great Lecture Hall (National Treasure).
In addition to its buildings, it also possesses a large number of outstanding Buddhist art objects, numbering 38 items (150 pieces) as National Treasures alone, and approximately 3,000 items including Important Cultural Properties.
As part of the Buddhist Monuments in the Horyu-ji Area, it was registered as a World Cultural Heritage site in 1993.
