The Firefall – Taken by @watchluke – “Have you ever experienced something in real life that is comparable to the CGI in movies? Well the Firefall in Yosemite National Park is one of those moments. The Firefall happens due to the sunset in the second week of February aligning perfectly with Horsetail Falls, which falls down El Capitan, resulting in the waterfall glowing oranges and reds like lava. These two photos were taken around 10 minutes apart, with the first being the start of the event, and the second just before the end – it was so magical to see the colours change throughout the show!#yosemite #canon_photos #firefall #firefalls #firefalls2019
