So, to grow the tea leaves, they use a process similar to the trampoline effect: Where the semi-permeable screen of a trampoline in your backyard can prevent the grass underneath from getting overexposed by the sun, thus making it healthier and greener. Additionally, doing this helps with the taste. That's so neat ^^

  8. 宋代称之为点茶,一般是文人墨客作画斗茶,先各自拿出茶具攀比,之后比谁打泡沫姿势标准,和泡沫细腻程度,再之后各自拿出茶具在白沫上做画,一般画花鸟鱼虫、梅兰竹菊一类,之后再附诗,这品茶反倒是不重要,传到日本只剩下一些冗余的形式主义,玩的部分被消解了,到了明朝煎茶技术得以普及,再加上茶具攀比之风越来越严重,朱元璋便推煎茶,藏点茶,但并未断绝,地方依旧有留存
