■ 阿蘇内牧温泉 湯巡追荘（ゆめいそう）
今回の宿泊先。阿蘇最大級の温泉郷「内牧温泉」にある、エンターテインメント性抜群のお宿です。

■ 阿蘇神社
全国に約500社ある「阿蘇神社」の総本社。2500年余りの歴史を持つ古社です。
2016年の熊本地震で甚大な被害を受けましたが、2023年12月に楼門の復旧が完了。力強く復興した姿は圧巻です。

■ 阿蘇一の宮門前町・水基（みずき）巡り
阿蘇神社の参道にある商店街。ここには古くから湧き水スポットが点在し、それらを「水基（みずき）」と呼んで大切にしています。
不老長寿の水としても知られ、美味しい水を飲みながらの食べ歩き散策が最高に楽しいエリアです。

■ Aso Uchinomaki Onsen Yumeiso
Where I stayed this time. Located in “Uchinomaki Onsen,” Aso’s largest hot spring village, this inn is full of entertainment.
・Unlimited access to 10 private family baths [No reservation needed / Free]
・Dinner is [All-you-can-eat & drink], including domestic marbled beef, horse sashimi, and draft beer!
・Lots of fun facilities like a festival corner and karaoke!

■ Aso Shrine
The head shrine of about 500 Aso Shrines across Japan. An ancient shrine with over 2,500 years of history.
It was severely damaged in the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake, but the restoration of the Tower Gate was completed in December 2023. Its powerfully reconstructed appearance is breathtaking.

■ Aso Ichinomiya Monzen-machi & “Mizuki” Stroll
The shopping street along the approach to Aso Shrine. This area is dotted with natural spring water spots, which are cherished and called “Mizuki.”
Known as the water of longevity, it’s a super fun area to walk around, drinking delicious water and eating local snacks.
