I’m usually a girl who looks for tropical islands and beaches, but to celebrate my birthday, I chose Japan’s coldest spot: Hokkaido. I knew it’s always been Japan’s most popular destination, but I never understood why. However, as soon as I stepped foot here, I fell in love with this beautiful snowy world. It’s a magical place that makes it hard to believe you’re still in Japan❄️

    If anyone plans a future Hokkaido trip, plan around their annual February Snow Festival they have in Sapporo at Odori Park and Susukino District. It my favorite festival in Japan. It’s amazing!!

    Nice video, great travel vibes, especially in Yuka's kawai style. A unique bed-size measuring system in Yuka rolls 😂
    The Beer Museum looks amazing. I love how they kept the old-style design. And, I can just imagine: "Three beers for Yuka!" at the bar 😀
    A wonderful little trip. Now I know a bit more about one of the towns in Japan, thanks to you, Yuka!

    Thanks for the Sapporo video, Yuka! I didn't realize the airport had so much stuff, I only remember running through there to catch a train to head to Asahikawa. Your hotel was nice. I stayed in JR hotels in Asahikawa and Sapporo, my first time seeing those. I usually grabbed food/bento from the nearby MaxValu or other supermarkets as my dinner. The Sapporo Tower at night was really cool, I will need to do that my next trip.

    Greetings from Barcelona… I went to Sapporo in summer 2023,, Obon… Sapporo Beer Museum and Beer Festival… Shiro Koibito.. Hokkaido JIngu Tera, Sapporo Tower… Subarashii…😄 And now Snow Festival. Ikitai…😅

    I am SO SORRY that I missed the premiere. I actually woke up 10 minutes before (2:50am) but fell back asleep just before it started. It was better for me though (sorry) since I could fully appreciate the replay. There was a lot to love. Your reaction when you first stepped outside in Hokkaido was precious. The "I didn't" slate, jumping on the bed in your hotel room, and the cute shima enaga gasha. The photography was beautiful, you have quite the eye (as we all know since you always catch funny/cute things) and the view from the observatory was very cool. By the way, we call those potatoes "wedges". Thank you Yuka, it was a lovely video. Hope you enjoyed the trip as much as we did seeing it.

    I see you had fun there. It reminds me of my solo trip to a famous town in my country called Alba-Iulia. I went there alone for a whole day and I loved every minute. 😄

    Kawaii snow bunny 🐰 I'm so jealous, I haven't gotten any snow ❄️ this winter. It's so beautiful and amazing. Looks like you are having lots of fun, glad you brought your kawaii snow boots.
