Lovely video. This is one of the autumn trips I wanna take in Japan. Sadly, the trees were not vibrant and orange yet. It was still not autumn enough.

On my first trip to Japan in September 2023, I went here and did get to ride it all the way to the end. It was so fun and beautiful. I still daydream about it. I hope it reopens.

And I bought there the most delicious mochi.
Thank you Mona for another wonderful video! The scenery on that trolley train journey was amazing and made me feel truly happy! It was a moment where it felt like time stood still. I also love visiting Japanese gardens, and it's amazing how every corner, even the bends of the bridges, are meticulously designed to create the perfect viewpoint to highlight the beauty of the garden. I also love warabimochi, especially the black sesame ones! Alas, it's twice as expensive here as it is in Japan. Well, now I have another reason to visit Japan! 😉😁

Oh my god, I'm just back from my trip in Japan, and I was on the Kurobe Gorge Trolley Train 11/14 🤣 maybe we were there on the same day.
It was a lovely day, and that train, I wasn't expecting such a small train, it was tons of fun, great views from the train, amazing automn colors. I was a bit disapointed by the current end station, not much to do and see, but the train experience worth it. 🤩
I went eating a bit farther from the main touristic area, and stumbled on a small family restaurant that was serving a homemade japanese curry, the old couple was so lovely, it was a very nice time eating there too 💖
