World’s Most Scenic Drive? Icefields Parkway
(EP 365)
ℹ️ About the Episode:
We’re leaving Moraine Lake and heading north along one of the most breathtaking routes on Earth… the Icefields Parkway. 🚐💨
The Icefields Parkway (Highway 93 North) stretches 144 miles (230 km) through the Canadian Rockies, linking the alpine village of Lake Louise in Banff National Park with the wild beauty of Jasper National Park. Known as one of the most scenic highways in the world, this road is lined with towering peaks, turquoise rivers, ancient glaciers, and endless wildlife.
Along the way we stop at unforgettable viewpoints, wander near glacier-fed waterfalls, and soak in the raw beauty that makes this drive a true bucket-list experience.
A national park pass is required to travel this route, but the memories you’ll create here are priceless. Whether it’s the Athabasca Glacier, Sunwapta Falls, or the sweeping valleys filled with wildflowers and wildlife, the Icefields Parkway is an adventure that demands a full day to experience.
Join us as we make our way to Jasper National Park and visit Maligne Lake
on this once-in-a-lifetime journey!

Did you have to winterize for the nights? Looks cold! Great Video!
Hope you come back again because you missed so much, now falls in Banff, Johnson canyon and lake Louise to name a few. Can’t believe you got any camp sites because it’s even busier this year with people not going to USA. We’ve stayed in that overflow before, hope the train didn’t wake you up. Welcome to our beautiful country. We lived in Florida for 18 years but there’s nothing like our Rocky Mountains
We were in the Rockies in July, great weather it was magic to go on Glacier and the sky walk you were taking about , Canada is the most Beautiful Country we have ever been to and we have been to quite a few, the scenery is something else.
beautiful!!!!!!!
Thanks you two for sharing!
When were you in the Moraine/Jasper area? Would you have preferred visiting at a different time of year? Thanks!
Lake Louise is a must see even prettier than Lake Moraine
Gorgeous country ❤ Thanks for sharing!
Great video tonight. We Drove the ice fields parkway in 2024.
Thank you for sharing this video, it brought back memories from last summer.
Beautiful scenery! I bet you go back through the video and re-watch to see things you missed the first time!
Definitely amazing territory. I love it. See ya next week. ❤❤
Some of the most Beautiful scenery I have ever seen, top three.
We plan to drive the parkway net year 2026. What is the best time of the year to visit?
We drove to jasper from Calgary in the spring several years ago. Was the most beautiful drive I can remember.
For us hard of hearing people, I would love to get your voice audio higher and the music mixed lower. I do put cc on. But I'm still raising and lowering the sound between the songs and your speaking. I love your channel. Please keep up the fantastic work. I was already thinking of doing a road trip up there with my family. Now it's confirmed that we have to do this. Thank you.
Wow! This is really beautiful! The waterfall is so pretty! I was going to ask if you had bear spray 🤔. Safe travels 🚐 beep beep! 😁
Wow I think I need to make a trip to Canada eh. Gorgeous scenery!
When we traveled from Banff to Jasper in September 1983 there was very little in the way of lodging and eateries and very little traffic. We had to stop for big horn sheep in the road and herds of elk. we saw bear and moose, in fact we saw a moose on the way up the Parkway and we stopped where we saw the moose and went into the woods for a break we got between the bull and his cow and he chased us out of his domain all the way to the treeline. Quite the experience!! The next time we were up there in Sept. 1990 there was so much traffic and much more hotels and restaurants and a lot fewer animals. One of the highlights of the trip in 1983 was Maligne Lake, east of Jasper, we took a boat ride in the lake over to Spirit Island, one of the most photographed places in Canada.
진짜 멋있는 부부 ❤
You guys should just go park your rv, because you will NEVER find any place else that is as BEAUTIFUL as what you are looking at right now. LOVED the video! ❤️
really enjoying this series in Canada. We are doing a tour up there next summer 🙂
Really like your videos
But music always make you hard to hear when speaking and music is playing
A former western Iowan here! Love your videos and looking forward to your cruise video⚓
another gorgeous video. thank you!
Great video! Very relaxing. Something I really needed today.
I love Alberta so much, it's incredible there so I really hope they won't separate and I will never forget how America stoked division in our country.
That drive is iconic and I think it is probably the most beautiful trip you can do in a car in Canada. I am sorry you didn't get to see it under a deep blue Alberta sky but a remarkable trip nonetheless.
Danielle smith has to be removed as premier of Alberta damn traitor and let’s put in an albertan born and raised who will get the jobs back to our Canadian youth
I'm glad you like Canada so much it truly is paradise
I’m glad you got to explore it. Vive le Canada libre.
If you really needed a shower, you could have walked over to Whistlers Campground and used theirs. No one would have even noticed or cared. It's Canada.
We have so much beauty in Canada. Your videos are amazing! You highlight this country beautifully!
Hope you enjoyed your trip. Safe travels.
Such an amazing area, you did great capturing it. We were up at Banff when the Jasper fire started so we weren't able to make it up there.
