This time! This is the second project! I’m staying at Oedo Onsen Monogatari Nanki Kushimoto for the first time in a year . Has anything changed? I think I can explain it more calmly than last time. So, let’s go in . It was also December a year ago. It’s getting colder, and I can’t wait to get into the hot springs. There were several large buses in the parking lot this year, so there may be a lot of customers. I checked in. I went up with my yukata. The amenities in the lobby were gone, but my toothbrush was in the room. I headed to my room. The shop sale is going on again this year. I walked a little to my room and turned on the light . It’s a spacious Japanese-style room. The futon has been laid out and folded in half. There’s a bathroom by the window with a view of the ocean. Oshima is across the street. This is the room’s bath. There’s a large public bath , so I didn’t use it. Shampoo, toothbrush, paper towels for the bathroom, humidifier, air purifier (Sharp), extension cord, tea set. A large refrigerator/freezer. It’s fine even if you buy a lot of things , electric kettle, TV table. And a cushion (please feel free to use it). There’s no safe . Towels and obi in the closet, and Tanzen Lysol. Free clothes hangers in the toilet. Paper towels . Shower toilet. Wall light. Remote control. Flashlight on the wall. I go for a walk around the hotel . The panda in the lobby wasn’t in its Christmas version yet this year. I go out to the terrace. Deck chair. I wonder if there was one at TAOYA too. Oshima across the embankment. Hashigui Rocks can be seen in the distance. Let’s sit down for a bit. I go back inside. There’s a sign that says no photography is allowed at the crane game. I was thinking of trying it, but I’ll pass. Massage machine. Free drink machine. I’ll have some cold lemon water. Table tennis corner. The place is very lively today. Vending machines. There are about three vending machines scattered around this hotel. Manga corner. This one is very quiet. Sales ranking of the convenience store. Karaoke corner. Upstairs is relaxation. I’ll go downstairs. There’s a private room in the basement. I’d like to sing too when I’m feeling a little better! It’s available! If you get thirsty, head to the vending machine! No photography allowed The crane game is lit It wasn’t in operation just a moment ago Stroll around the shop Food Friends Kishu plum red sea bream plum shiso plum gauze hand towels A wide selection of Mickey Mouse products Plum pretzels Japanese-style piquant nuts Cat eco bag I’m going to go outside for a bit to get some fresh air Sunset At this point I forgot there was a rooftop There is a large public bath on the right After your bath there is a vending machine corner There is also ice cream There is a wide selection of women’s clothing I’ve returned to my room I’m going to Oshima View Onsen before dusk After your bath, take a look at the hotel brochure until dinner You can enter and leave the buffet restaurant as you like Go eat whenever you like Around 18:30 Head to the dinner buffet It’s a big success today! First , we had tea and a sashimi platter. We ordered hot sake separately. Alcohol is charged separately. We ordered one cup, but it felt like a lot… Let’s eat! First, we had salad . We were free to choose our seats, and we managed to get a seat in the front center. The tuna paired with the hot sake looked delicious, didn’t it? Bonito and sweet shrimp . I was so bad at eating them that I had to grab the legs with my hands. Tuna? Deep-fried? A beautiful dish of monkfish liver . We’ll eat it with the special sauce for the petit steak. Tuna cutlet! I wasn’t expecting much when I chose today’s best hit award, so maybe it’s the temperature ? Ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish? Bell pepper tempura and lotus root tempura with plum salt. Let’s eat! Looks delicious, doesn’t it? Monkfish liver and lotus root tempura. The tempura was warm, crispy and delicious. Bell pepper tempura was also delicious. And the tuna cutlet, which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve never thought it was that tasty before, but this was good. I’ll have to try it from now on. My third selection: Wakayama ramen, stir-fried burdock, stewed beef, and chawanmushi. I went for white rice and curry . The white rice was delicious . I ate a little bit of curry . Miso soup with condiments. I put the curry in the small dish on my left! The curry for dinner was the best menu item!! This beef stew is also a great menu item. I put it on top of white rice to make it like a beef bowl and it was also delicious. The kinpira was also crunchy. I had a second helping of tuna cutlet . My selection of dessert was beautiful . It was night, but hot coffee. Mango, pineapple , lychee jelly for dessert. Petit cakes, warabi mochi , and bavarois for dessert . I’ve introduced the dessert in a hurry, but what I ate may not have been 1/3 of the entire menu . I don’t know if I can introduce it or not, but it’s a treat to come and enjoy. Back in the room, I went to the shop and tried my selection of mountain salt yokan , salt yokan, which was delicious. And a keychain panda snow globe (snow can). I never get tired of looking at it. After that, I took another bath in the hot spring, relaxed, and went to sleep. Good night (the next morning). I went up to the roof of the Mercure Kushimoto, as seen from the hallway. Hashigui Rock. Let’s watch the sunrise over Oshima, as there were clouds over there and it took a while to appear. Sunrise with the pandas in the lobby. I took a short morning walk. I’ve been a little disturbed since I walked a little way from the hotel. I’m heading back. Can you see the morning sun shining from the cheese crest? Relaxing pandas. I returned to my room and decided to have breakfast around 8am, so I relaxed until then and arrived at the breakfast venue. I started making the salad, and the cabbage was crunchy. The Caesar salad dressing was a bit like simmered dish or pickled vegetable, and the ingredients for the rolled omelet rice bowl were ready . Let’s eat . I added mitsuba to the miso soup. Last night’s curry was delicious, so I made curry rice again this morning ( pickled plum curry). The best breakfast menu was French toast. I poured so much maple syrup on it , it was delicious! Pairing it with coffee created a great synergy . The fruit for dessert was a little frozen, but thank you for the meal. After dinner, I went into the hot spring and checked out. Even in this season, the room was hot from the sun in the morning.
