【丹波篠山】古民家で食べる絶品ぼたん鍋/晩摘み濃厚な黒枝豆と栗ご飯/秋の味覚を食べ歩き
Tanba Sasayama: Black edamame beans have arrived in Tanba Sasayama once again this year ! They’ve been out for two weeks , so they’ll be ripe and black, but before then, I have to fill my stomach and eat this! An old house nestled in the mountain village, Okuei, specializing in wild boar dishes. Apparently, it has Goro’s signature from “Solitary Gourmet” inside. I’m looking forward to the famous wild boar hotpot , even finishing it off with a charcoal grill. Ginger ale (240 yen), local beer (600 yen), and camping . Just before we could drink, the hotplate arrived . Yes! Let ‘s drink! It’s delicious ! Wild boar meat has arrived ! You can also try the rare wild boar grilled meat (1210 yen per person). The wild boar meat is dark in color, and of course, the appetizer is black edamame beans, so of course, it’s seasoned, so let’s eat it as is ! The meat is firm and tough, yet rich in flavor! There was no fishy smell, and the more I chewed it, the more delicious it got. I continued grilling it, and then the change in flavor with the addition of sansho pepper was also delicious. The local beer was so good that I was already empty. Cold sake: Hidetsuki (1,210 yen) *Tanba Sasayama, irresistible!! The aroma of charcoal rising from the charcoal grill, followed by earthenware pot boar hotpot (6,050 yen per person). The broth is miso-based, and the longer it’s simmered, the more tender it gets. The mix of loin and belly meat gets appetizing. I sipped sake while waiting for it to be ready! It’s about time! There’s plenty of wild boar meat in it . First, I savored the broth !! Wow, so delicious! This is so good! I could eat several bowls of the soup alone, and I’m looking forward to the meat! I finished it off with sansho pepper! I mixed it with the broth and took a sip !! It was soft and went perfectly with the broth, and then I quenched my thirst with some Tamba Sasayama sake . This is the best! Last week, I had a sore throat and a cough that wouldn’t stop due to the temperature difference, but now I’m warmed up! Even when I’m not feeling well, my appetite is still strong! The home -grown vegetables are infused with broth and are amazing ! The wild boar meat is so delicious! I couldn’t stop eating it . The hostess’s thoughtfulness is so kind. The miso broth isn’t too thick even when simmered, so I could eat it forever. It’s about time to order the final dish : udon (250 yen). I was blown away by the local flavor and atmosphere. The various broths seeped out and soaked into the udon, and the charcoal fire on the hibachi grill warmed me up ! It’s so delicious! The hostess was so efficient and friendly, and I felt warmed up. Finally , the main dish, the final dish, is as you can imagine, but this was even more powerful than I imagined. The best soft-boiled TKG ever! However! The soft-boiled udon turned hard, so I was drenched in soup! Ah , I guess I should give them more of the solidified broth! Delicious~♪ Before I knew it, I’d gobbled it all down . Thank you for the meal ♪ It was a very satisfying wild boar hotpot, Goro! I found it! I also pre-ordered some black edamame . It was really close by Horoyoi Castle Town 4.0 Homei Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that was founded in 1796 and is over 200 years old Sample tasting (660 yen) Order five types of sake from the special course Please order from the right! Sasa no Shizuku Nama-bottled Genshu in one gulp ? Homei It’s a dry Daiginjo , my favorite, and comes with snacks. For those who can’t drink, they also have Sasayama Cider . Finally, I’ve had my last drink! Phew, it’s so delicious! It’s just the right amount of drinkable . Many people buy some alcohol to take home. They also have black beans and sweet azuki beans from Tanba . Loulan (Laurent) is a liqueur made with boiled black beans. You can also tour the brewery! Apparently, there are even barrels where music is played! This is a brewery with a long history. A tipsy Mu-san and a sober me. The town is buzzing with black edamame. This shop is a must-see! If you come here for nostalgic items, they sell types cut from the branch. Black edamame fever ! Oh! Chestnuts are also all the rage . Should I buy some chestnut rice to take home? Matsutake rice is sold out. I’m looking for something a little bigger. This is where you’ll find all the great things about Tanba Sasayama. Taisho Romankan 3.7 I’d like to look around for souvenirs, but… I’m hungry, so I head straight to the cafe . Black bean soft serve (500 yen) Edamame monaka parfait (700 yen) The wafers are shaped like edamame beans, and the amount of bean paste is just right! The wafers are done! I wanted to try the Mont Blanc from a certain cafe, but… it’s so good !! The rich, milky black bean ice cream and the bean paste are a perfect match! Delicious~♪ Mail Cotte 1,200 yen Local beer, cold! A souvenir for my mother at home: black bean crackers from Tanba. I also wanted some sake. “Uribo” (I really wanted that) Taisho Romankan 2,093 yen. It’s raining all the way home. Let’s cook! I shared some with my sister, and then I ate the remaining two bunches! One bunch↑ I’ve started working from home for my parents and my own home! I’m good with ◯◯ and scissors. There are quite a few with two pieces in each . I’ve finished two bunches! I boiled the ones for my parents’ house in salted water. The water is dark. It took roughly 13 minutes to boil . I’ll have a glass of the Houmei Junmai Ginjo I bought as a souvenir. (660 yen) KanP is dry and delicious! I’m glad I bought it! The blackened edamame goes well with sweet sake ! They ‘re riper and sweeter than they were right after the ban was lifted!
