栃木県那須烏山市の「龍門の滝」に行ってきました。
紅葉の季節です。
滝には、音（1/fゆらぎ）や水しぶき（マイナスイオン）などで、癒し効果があるそうです。
龍門カフェのベーグルは、もちもちしていて、とても美味しい。

【Ryumon Fall】
In the fall of 2024, I visited Ryumon Falls in Nasukarasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. It’s the season for autumn leaves.The falls are said to have a healing effect through the sound (1/f fluctuation) and the water spray (negative ions). The bagels at Ryumon Cafe are chewy and incredibly delicious.
