Hello, I’m Shie! Thank you for visiting us. This time, I will introduce all the gourmet food I ate during my trip to Busan, South Korea. I hope it will be helpful when you visit ⭐︎. First, head to the store near Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch. The first restaurant we will introduce is 가야밀면. The menu is a touch panel, and Japanese can also be displayed. I ordered water milmyeon for 7,500 won, and I was able to get a large portion for an additional 1,500 won. This is mandu (steamed dumplings) for 5,500 won. This is my first time cutting noodles with scissors… It wasn’t very easy to cut, but I managed to do it without any problems. By the way, milmyeon is cold noodles made with wheat flour noodles. The soup is rich in dashi stock and has a refreshing feeling⭐︎. The noodles were smooth and easy to eat without being too spicy! The homemade mandu had a chewy skin, was packed with fillings, and was delicious! I also drank the soup from the kettle. It was awesome. I came to Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch. There was a stepped food court on the second basement floor. I would like to eat here. The second restaurant we would like to introduce is 백미당. This shop is famous for its soft serve ice cream. This soft serve ice cream costs 4,800 won. It looks beautiful too ❤︎. It was rich, smooth and very delicious! It was awesome. The third house we would like to introduce is 송정삼대국밥. This is a store located on Taejikbap Street in Seomyeon. The menu looked like this, and it was in Japanese. For alcohol, I ordered beer TERRA for 4,500 won and soju Daeseong for 4,500 won. This Suyuk set meal costs 11,000 won. This is a very nice boiled pig that you can look at forever ❤︎. The rich soup contains something like gochujang, so mix it thoroughly. This is Tejikuppa for 9,000 won. There was a lot of pork in the soup! Eating boiled pork instantly made me happy♪ I added salt, pepper, and salted krill to the soup to change the taste. Place the boiled pork on top of the vegetables. I also put something like gochujang on top. I’ll also add some kimchi… It was even more delicious when I rolled it up and ate it! It was amazing. The fourth restaurant we would like to introduce is 만만정. It’s located right next to the store I mentioned earlier, and it sells gwabaegi, donuts, mandu, etc. We have lots of delicious-looking things. I chose the 1,000 won gwabaegi. The dough was fluffy, sprinkled with sugar, and the texture was light and delicious❤︎. It was a surprise. The fifth house we will introduce is 제주가. It is located right behind Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch. There was also Japanese on the menu! As soon as I ordered, the side dishes were lined up in no time! This is a grilled sweet sea bream set meal (small) for 12,000 won. This is a very hot meal! And then there’s wakame soup. The surface of the sweet sea bream is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is plump. It was greasy and delicious♪ This is abalone porridge (small) for 1,200 won. Cute abalone topping❤︎. The rich porridge is mellow and the abalone is chewy. Add salt and adjust to your taste. The spiciness of kimchi is a little spicy. I also ate a variety of other side dishes. The soup is full of seaweed! I finished eating it in no time! It was awesome. The sixth house we would like to introduce is Hodupaya. This is a walnut bun shop located in the underground mall of Seomyeon Station. Flavors include red bean paste, cream cheese, and custard. I bought 4 walnut buns with red bean paste. It’s 2,000 won. It’s round, cute, and a little warm ❤︎. The soft dough has plenty of strained red bean paste inside! Walnut is also hiding somewhere♪ The texture of the walnuts was a nice accent ❤︎. It was Hodupaya. The seventh house we would like to introduce is 고봉민김밥인. This is a store near Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch. There are many attractive menu items! Orders are placed using the touch panel. It has an atmosphere that makes it easy for even one person to enter. We’ve got everything you ordered! This cheese gimbap costs 4,300 won. Next is Soup Tteokbokki for 5,000 won. And this stone grilled bibimbap costs 7,500 won. Furthermore, this pork cutlet costs 8,000 won. I like that the kimbap is facing upwards in the middle⭐︎. It’s easy to eat because it’s cut into thin pieces, and it’s delicious with lots of ingredients. Soup Tteokbokki is a rice cake with a chewy and chewy texture that is the best♪ It also contained paste and boiled eggs, and was eaten by soaking it in the sweet soup. Stone-grilled bibimbap has a lot of ingredients such as vegetables! Mix thoroughly. It was a little spicy and flavorful, and the stone-grilled part was fragrant! The tonkatsu was a little different from the Japanese ones, with demi-glace sauce on top, and the meat was moist. It went well with the sauce and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The gimbap I couldn’t finish was taken home. It was awesome. The 8th restaurant we would like to introduce is Knotted. This is a donut cafe located on the 2nd basement floor of Lotte Department Store Busan main store. There are a lot of donuts lined up and they all look delicious! There was a cafe space in the back. Wait for the bell to ring. I ordered an iced Americano for 3,200 won and an iced yuzu citrus tea for 4,800 won. This is a very cute milk cream donut for 3,900 won. I’ll take it out of the cup. I was given a fork and knife, so I cut it neatly. It became a mess⭐︎. When I tried it, the dough was fluffy and the cream was rich, but it was very easy to eat! The amount of cream is almost overflowing ❤︎. (It overflowed when I cut it, but…) Even though it was a mess, it was delicious ❤︎. It was Knotted. The ninth restaurant we would like to introduce is EGG DROP. This is a very delicious sandwich shop located right behind the Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch. There were no customers as it was not lunch time, but there were several delivery people coming to pick up the food. What you ordered is ready. It looks really great⭐︎. The one on the left is garlic bacon cheese for 5,400 won, and the one on the right is ham and cheese French toast for 4,900 won. This hot milk costs 2,400 won. French toast sandwiches are the perfect combination of sweet and salty! Anyway, it had a lot of ingredients and was very delicious♪ It was EGG DROP. What did you think?
