山手線100th環状運転トレイン&山手線撮影スポット巡り
Nice. It has a head mark. Nice. There was one below, too. Oh, it’s coming. E657 series. Hello, everyone, this is Ayako Suzukawa. So today, We’re at the only Yamanote Line railroad
crossing near JR Komagome Station, the Daini-Nakazato railroad crossing. For the “Tetsu Omo!” project, we’ll be exploring
the Yamanote Line, visiting train viewing spots and parks along
the line. I’d like to visit as many as possible. So, this is the Daini-Nakazato railroad
crossing, the only railroad crossing on the
Yamanote Line. I’ve been here many times before with “Tetsu
Omo!” But I’d like to take another look today. Let’s get started. When you’re on the Yamanote Line, you can see this
railroad crossing from inside the train. There are some buildings nearby that serve as
landmarks. I think a lot of people pay attention to it. Oh! Could this be? I don’t know what it is, though. The other side is stopped too; it’s coming soon. Nice. At the same level. Being able to see it like this. It’s written here. This railroad crossing has a long waiting time. Because of the Yamanote Line’s train interval, there are many trains. That’s why. But that also means that the Yamanote Line
always, when the Yamanote Line passes, this railroad crossing, will be closed. Oh! It’s coming, it’s coming, it’s coming! Hee hee hee hee! Nice! Oh! Hee hee hee! Hee hee hee hee! Nice! Hee hee hee! Ooh! Ooh, it has a head mark. Oh! It has a head mark. Earlier, there were two wrapping trains on the
Yamanote Line, I think. I was able to see them running in a short amount of
time. The first one that came was the 205 series, wrapping train. And then, later came the 103 series wrapping train, This year, in November 2025, the Yamanote Line will have been a loop line for 100 years, to commemorate that, um, the 103 series that used to run on the Yamanote
Line, inspired by the 205 series, wrapping is running. Well, for now, it’s scheduled to run until November 3rd. I’m glad I could see both of them today. Nicely, Hee hee hee. Nice. I can see a little bit of the front. Oh. It’s great to see it climbing up, it’s good to see. By the way, what you can see now is they are constructing, that is, probably this, overpass, they are building. Eventually, there is a very high possibility that this
Daini-Nakazato railroad crossing will be
abolished. If you’re planning to visit, please be careful and safe, and I recommend visiting as soon as possible. Okay, next up is this. It’s about a 10-minute walk from JR Ebisu
Station. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk from JR Ebisu
Station. We’ve arrived at the Daimaru Overpass. Underneath here, there’s Mita Okanoue Park. There’s also a park. So, above that, there’s an overpass. So, being an overpass, shall we go over there? Well, you can see the tracks, from above. How about this side? Oh, this side is quite low. Oh, it’s nice, it’s nice. Here, actually, the part above the tracks, the top is all mesh. The bottom is like frosted glass, although it’s cloudy, you can see through the
gaps. Just a peek, you might be able to see a little bit. Also, maybe from the stairs? Oh! This time from right above. Have a good trip! Oh! The roof feels so close. Oh! Over there, Next to us are the Saikyo Line and the
Shonan-Shinjuku Line. So many trains go by. In terms of the number of trains… You can see a lot of trains, not just the Yamanote
Line. It’s great that you can see so many different
trains. Oh. The NEX (Narita Express) was coming from behind.
Nice! It’s coming towards us from over there, kind of
winding its way over. Oh, that’s nice. There was one down below too. Here comes a Rinkai Line train. Ah. Nice. I’m turning around a lot. These stairs, right? Of course, we don’t want to get in the way of people
passing by. You have to be careful, but… From here, you can see it from the side. While going down these stairs… If you go over there around here and take a look… I think you’ll be able to get a good view again. Just so you know, there’s a slope on that side. For bicycles and such. Oh! It’s coming! It’s right below us! That’s great! It feels like it’s right next to us. It’s pretty… See you later. It’s under the overpass from earlier. This is Mita Okanoue Park. There are restrooms too. There are public restrooms. And there’s also… A water area? Probably in the summer… I wonder if water goes in here? Something like that. A place that looks like a water area. And there are playground equipments in the back. Oh, oh, I can see it, slightly. Right now, look, it’s passing by over there. Hahaha. If you ask if I can see it or not, I can see it. This was Mita Okanoue Park. Now, next is here, It’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk from JR Osaki
Station, This is Osaki 5-chome Yuen. I can already hear the sound, It’s right there. Oh, I see it, I see it. Soon, on the far side of this park, There is a train track. While playing in the park, You can enjoy the train view. Nice. And it’s quite spacious. There are so many playground equipments. Oh, now the Saikyo Line is, It’s passing by; it’s really amazing. Some parts there, there are some areas without
grass, And it’s safely separated by a fence, Here it comes. Amazing. It’s quite powerful. Like when it passes the very front now, Oh. Here it comes. Close. Slowly towards this side. The camera follows the train. Oh. It’s the Sotetsu Line. Wow, trains on both tracks at the same time! A very deep blue is coming. Oh, nice. So next up, we’re walking from JR Nippori Station… …about a 5 to 10 minute walk from here. We’ve come to Imosaka Overpass, a famous
photography spot. Right now, there are so many JR lines in front of us… …so many lines pass by. And above us is the Keisei Line. So it passes by here too. I think we’ll be able to see a lot of different
trains. Oh. E657 series. Nice, more and more. Right now, this is the Joban Line. And there it is. Oh, and of course the Yamanote Line too. We can see that as well. Ah. Keisei. The Yamanote Line is way over there. Wow, which one
should I watch? 3700 series. Nice, nice. It feels like we’re surrounded. It’s so wide. Oh, the Keihin-Tohoku Line. This wide open feeling. It’s so open to the left and right. You can see everything. And the way this fence is. Well, we’re right above the tracks. So be careful not to drop anything on the tracks. Nice. The supports of this overpass are amazing. It’s just amazing. Oh, Keisei is coming. Let’s go over there. That fence is kinda… The concrete part of the park fence looks pretty
high. Oh, it’s close, though. Ah, That spot right there might be good. Well, the Keisei Line, um… I think we can probably see it. Because it runs on a pretty high elevation. The bottom of the park is… The bottom part of the park… The concrete is… It’s pretty high up. Ah, but, well, maybe… A little, we can see it a little. Nice. Maybe we can see the top half. Maybe the top third. Ah, that’s nice. You can kind of see it. Oh, Nice. Wow, I like how it goes under the elevated bridge. It might be nice to see it from the side. Here, You can also see Tokyo Skytree in the back. You can see it. Oh! The Yamanote Line and Skytree. Nice. Oh! It’s here! It’s here, it’s here! Oh!
Crossing! Crossing! Oh. Here comes the Skyliner. Nice. I visited several train viewing spots where you
can see the Yamanote Line. Every spot has frequent trains running on the
Yamanote Line, so of course you can see a lot of them, and there’s the only railroad crossing on the
Yamanote Line, the Daini-Nakazato railroad crossing, which offers a slightly different perspective
than usual, allowing you to enjoy the Yamanote Line,
complete with a railroad crossing. But as for the other spots, there are parks, where you can play around or just move a little to
find a nice, viewing spot, and there are also many spots where
you can see not only the Yamanote Line, but also JR, Keisei, and various other lines. There are many places where you can see them, so I
encourage you all to, be careful and enjoy train viewing. Also, this will be featured in the Tetsu Omo!
December issue, which will be released on
October 31st, so please check out the magazine as
well. so please check out the magazine as well. So, that was our tour of train viewing spots on the
Yamanote Line in Tokyo. Thank you for watching.
