【世界】初の南米は想像以上に過酷でした。マチュピチュもナスカの地上絵も!ペルーミステリーツアー🇵🇪
[Music] Let’s go. Hello everyone. It’s Shiri. I just arrived in Lima, Peru, and am currently traveling in South America with my family. I’m enjoying this delicious breakfast . I usually never stay in a hotel with breakfast when I travel alone. [Music] But when I travel with my parents like this, I think it’s amazing that they always choose a hotel with breakfast. [Music] But I want to try the local food, so I think I’ll just stop here for a bit, but somehow I always end up waking up and eating. [Music ] So, today, I’m going to explore the downtown area of Lima. This is a little long, so it would be a pain to drag myself along, so I’m going to sneak in. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Thank you for your support. So, here we are, the center of the old downtown area. [Music] The San Francisco Association. Amazing. I wasn’t allowed to take photos or videos of meat here, but there’s this place called the Catacombs, and when I went in, there were countless bones lying around. [Music] It was a terrible experience, but I ‘d already made a reservation for dinner early, and it turned out to be a really good place, so we decided to have some ceviche with a few snacks , and I had a light drink. This is the Pisco Sour. It’s a high-class cocktail made from grapes, and it contains egg white. But it was so strong. I’m sure I’d be completely drunk if I drank this much at lunchtime. So, this is ceviche, Peru’s signature dish. Simply put, it’s like marinated raw fish, and I really love it. The slight acidity is nice, and it’s great when you can eat fresh raw fish . It really does live up to its reputation as a gourmet country . It looks like he can’t stop drinking Dipisco Sour, but I’ll do it. Oh, there are so many here, it’s dangerous. This is so delicious. [Applause] Now, I’ve come to a place I want to visit, just my own favorite place. Yes, this is the Central Market. I’m a comedian who loves markets. [Music] But this is South America, so, uh, you have to be careful about pickpockets and stuff, but that dad and mom walk around with their arms around each other a lot. So I wonder what he’d say when I told my dad, “Yes, it’s fine to put your arm around my shoulder, but be careful of your bag, too.” Yeah. Because your mom is more important than your bag.” I’d love to hear that. [Music] [Music] Thank you. Okay. Anyway, uh, I found something I’d been interested in at a food stall. This is Chiccha Da, a juice made from purple corn. It’s so purple, isn’t it? But despite the color, it’s not too sweet, and apparently it’s packed with polyphenols after a few years. It seems they’ve started another three-part market , and the crowds are amazing. Oh, and this is on a weekday. It’s a weekday, but it’s bustling, and it reminds me of Taiwan or something. It’s amazing. But when you come to a market like this, you get to see the locals. [Music] You can’t get enough of it just from the tourist spots. It’s a place where you can see the true nature of the country. Yeah. Even though I’m told to be careful of chains, I want to keep going. I’m off to Asit Gaston, which was named one of the 50 Best Restaurants . I’m so excited. So, I can’t stop. I managed to make a reservation at a restaurant that was once named one of the 50 Best Restaurants in Peru, the land of gastronomy, and finally got to eat there . Cheers. [Music] This is the same one as before, but without egg whites. Not too tasty, just a bit more subdued. [Music] Oh, it’s delicious. Not sweet. A little sweet, but completely different from the last one. It tasted a bit like a ginger highball. And the food just kept coming. [Music] It’s like a painting, sorry to show up. I also ordered a Scotch [Applause] . Y also ordered a Ysa. So, what do you think this is? [Music] You can’t imagine it. Because, you know, it’s guinea pig. What do you call it? [Music] The ormot was a dish that tasted just like Pekingese, and it was grilled perfectly crispy, and then wrapped in a crepe and eaten, so I was grateful for life. [Music] Thank you. And this was some kind of zarega goldfish and salmon roe. Well, to put it simply, it had a yukke flavor. Anyway, it was all so much fun, it was like a totally new dining experience. [Music] Ah, but this gyoza dumpling was actually pretty easy to eat, and, uh, yes. It was just plain delicious. Yeah. Anyway, I really liked this wine and I’m sipping it. And now, the main course is coming up. Here you go. Amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing. Let’s eat. Wow, it’s the size of a dango. Look at this holo meat. Well, if you ask me what this is, it’s lamb. That’s all I can think of. Yes. The various sauces were attacking each other in my mouth, and I was instantly thrilled by the deliciousness. [Music] No, but my lamb, my dad’s pork, and my mom’s duck, I think? I really ordered too much, I ate too much, so I should have just had one main course. Please. But it was really delicious. It was delicious. Oh, that’s true. I mean, it’s not like this place would be in the top 10 of the world’s best restaurants. [Music] It was a restaurant that made me think there must be even more delicious things in Japan . But, you know, the food that you can only get here, and the atmosphere, and the whole experience, I’m really glad I went. It was expensive, though. I’m going. It was a feast. Yes. Thank you for the meal. And the next day, we went to the surface of Nazca . Yes. I went with Akita-san, who was so kind to me, and it was amazing! [Music] I was up at 5am after four hours of shaking one way. Yeah. I was so sleepy I couldn’t stand it, but I arrived at Pisco Airport. [Music] It was a massive explosion. So cool. I felt like I was going to burn to death. Oh, wait, we’re in this Cessna to explore the mysteries of the Nazca Lines. Were they written by humans, or by aliens? Let’s go. [Music] Let’s go. [Music] And so we took off safely. Yes. [Music] [Applause] This is the plane. It’s interesting that it has wings on top, unlike an airplane . So, we spent about an hour and a half refueling, seeing all the different parts of the ground , but this one was my target. [Music] Isn’t it amazing? It’s so big. I was thinking that it would be impossible for anyone but an alien to see this, but more than anything, the shaking was just too intense . It was such a roller coaster ride that we ended up having lunch. [Music] Okay. Mom and I were both at our limits, even Mom had a purse in her lips. Oh, but I’m just making excuses, but if I wasn’t really sleep-deprived, I’d be fine. That lazy person. Definitely. Not like this. But I think my strength is that no matter what position I’m in, I always get hungry when it’s time to eat. Look, this is it, and then we share the grilled fish and Peruvian risotto . But even so, seeing the waves on the Nazca surface is usually not easy. [Music] Because the plane tilts so much that your body is literally sideways. But, I wanted everyone to see it, so, um, I tried my best to capture it until I was practically throwing up. Yeah. I hope you find it entertaining. [Music] Thank you. Good job. It was fun. [Music] You ‘re just eating all the time. But, it took another four hours to get back , so we don’t really need that travel scene anymore. I don’t need it. So, uh, For dinner, I went to a place called Panta and enjoyed Peruvian cuisine. It was amazing again. First off, this metamene was a beautiful dish called Causa, which is basically a Peruvian potato dish. Inside, it was filled with kelp, avocado, and tomato, and it was much more refreshing and delicious than it looked. Oh, this is Lomo Salta Toto. It’s so amazing! It’s beef, onion, tomato, and fried potatoes on top of rice. The seasoning is a bit soy- based, so it tastes a bit like two flavors. This fried potato dish was so devastatingly delicious, like a paradise for fried foods and potatoes. But the brown potato is said to be located between Peru and Bolivia, and it’s truly delicious. Carbohydrates are the best. [Music] [Music] Thank you. The next day, I headed from Lima to Cusco, arriving at 3,400 meters . Look at this blue sky, and the cityscape is so beautiful . It’s a lovely town. It’s lovely. Um, it’s practically the same height as the summit of Mt. Fuji, so, um, good kids shouldn’t walk so briskly, but I climbed Mt. Fuji the other day, so I came to a restaurant to fill my stomach. I was really excited to be able to eat what I wanted here, so, how are you feeling? [Music] Well, leaving aside the fact that I’m in top shape , er, my mom also has mining fever. [Music] But they say this Cockati is good to drink at times like that. [Music] Yeah. Delicious. Chewing. Apparently he chewed this, is it okay to swallow it? Oh, it’s cured. That’s amazing. So I just need to drink Mt. Fuji. So it’s Fuji-san. [Music] And just as I was starting to feel a little better, the food I absolutely wanted to eat arrived, and it was Tennezumi. [Laughter] [Music] My goal is to eliminate everything I’ve never eaten from this world, so I’m going to give thanks for life. [Music] [Music] Thank you. Well, I tried it, and as for the taste, I ‘d say it was, ah, 52nd on the meat list. Well, it’s hard to describe, but there’s not much meat, so it feels like you’re sucking on the skin . But it doesn’t have that strong smell I was worried about, and it’s not that difficult to eat, but if you ask me if I’d eat it again, ah, not really. Well, in Peru, it’s been eaten as a source of protein for a long time, and it’s still apparently a dish eaten at celebrations, and ah, in Japan it might be classified as [unclear], but I still want to try that kind of food, or anything like that, at least once. As long as there’s a culture there. And, ah, above all, my family is incredibly kind to me for saying I want to eat something like this and going along with it. I’m satisfied. I’m satisfied. Yeah. [Music] Thank you. So, ah, after eating the rat I’ve been longing for, I wandered around. I was taking a long walk. [Music] My parents are mining biotics, so I can go and get some teeth. Yeah, I hope I stay still, but as I start walking, I start to get symptoms that seem like they’re lingering, and they look really miserable, so I bought a state and asked them to help me. I prayed to the state to make me better, but it was all in vain. Yeah, I went back to the hotel with my oxygen tank, and, yeah, it’s really, really painful. I was like, nauseous, and had a terrible headache, and, um, like I had Son Goku’s golden ring on my head, and my brain was expanding. I was starting to get a little dizzy, so I used the extra oxygen, but [Music] Well, come on. Yeah, I have no choice. Let’s have some food right in front of the hotel. [Music] Congratulations. Come on, I’m listening to some fun music and I’m eating something called Sopa Reo, which is like beef and tomato soup pasta, and yeah. It was kind of funny. [Laughter] The pasta is kind of powdery. Right. I thought the pasta tasted a bit powdery, but I was shocked. Apparently, the boiling point is different at higher elevations. So, no matter what, pasta doesn’t taste as good in Cusco. Oh, isn’t that amazing? Leveling up the Earth’s mysteries. [Music] [Music] [Applause] Okay. I’ll do it. [Music] Okay. So, today, I’m finally heading into town, so, uh, I’m on the tourist train, uh, I’m just sitting here. Uh, it’s about an hour and a half of travel time, but, uh, they even come out to see it like this. [Music] Well, to be honest, even just riding this Peruvian train is insanely expensive, so, uh, I’m just trying to enjoy myself . It feels like it would be a waste to close my eyes. So, uh, I’m having as much fun as I can, but my mother is suffering from mining fever and my father has a bit of a knee injury, so I was completely satisfied, but since I’ve come this far, I absolutely have to go . Come on, let’s go. [Music] So, uh, I took the train from Liang Tanbo Station to Machimura. Yeah. There’s a theory that the first mayor of this village was Japanese, so it’s a bit of a hotbed of excitement. I got on the bus I’d reserved above, and wow, it was a really old bus, and it shook a lot. [Music] And so we arrived. Ah, the rugged Fumotomoto. Fumotomoto. [Music] 3B. I can’t imagine how hard it was to get here. Yes. I made it here, and apparently my father wanted to come here before he died, so uh, it’s a place where his dreams came true. Oh, I’m sorry, I don’t really know anything about the ruins, so I do n’t know much about them , but I know it’s an incredible place. [Music] Just coming here for a bit, uh, [Music] A really common sight. [Music] I really don’t have much knowledge, so it would be cool if I added some trivia here, but anyway, the biggest mystery is, who built this place surrounded by these rugged mountains? How did it get built , and why? It’s a mystery. [Music] But when you see it in person, the stonework is impressive, and it doesn’t seem like ancient technology. The Temple of the Sun and the King’s bedroom are amazing, but I often hear that the stonework at Achi Picchu is so impenetrable that even a sled can’t get through. It’s true, even if you’re called, you can’t get in. It would be a little easier, or maybe something like Balan would be quicker. [Music] They say the course is easy, but there are stairs and mountain paths like this, and the Lima Lima is twisted around like a slug. Also, this area is a bit of a Pi-like spot. I heard it’s good for rain here. [Music] Apparently, if you hold your hand over this stone, it’s good. So, I’m a fan of the Great Saint Machi Picchu. [Music] Thank you. That’s it. Yay! No matter how you look at it, I prefer food over flowers. But the buffet here is amazing, and I was able to enjoy a little bit of every Peruvian dish, so if you’re going to Chupicchu, I highly recommend it. Sorry to keep you waiting. Cheers. Good work, Ma. That was great. [Music] I’ve had refills of rice countless times, and that Coke I’ve been wanting. [Music] Yay. Cheers then. What a day to have a pisco sour after a city break. Oh, I mean, it’s 5am. Oh, I can’t stop eating after the hike. Oh, this is Inkarla. [Music] This is actually the number one drink in Peru, beating out Coca-Cola, or rather it’s a cola, but it’s not like cola at all, it tastes more like melon soda, but anyway, it’s really delicious, I’m so glad we made it all the way to the other side of the world, [Music] The three of us went home, and it’s going to take us four hours to get there, and when we got home, [Music] Oh, my dad made some rice cakes, and then, unexpectedly, it exploded here. Oh, in the middle of the night, A doctor from a hospital in Peru came to see us , and he told us that even the healthiest of fathers can end up like this, so traveling to South America requires a lot of physical strength. So, we were made aware of that, but we’re heading to Bolivia again tomorrow. Will we be able to make it safely? What will happen? Our journey. [Music]
