虎ノ門・代官山Vlog|カフェやアート、グルメを楽しむ街歩き☕️
Taking the subway to Toranomon Hills. Starting the day with morning coffee/breakfast. Sawamura, a popular bakery from Karuizawa. I can’t help but react to something sweet first thing in the morning. A lovely view. I’m happy there are so many side dishes/savory items. It feels like a hotel breakfast. What is this…? Marinated bread! Fresh! And delicious. Thank you for the meal Good morning, Tokyo Tower. They say climbing the stone steps of Atago Shrine brings career success. I hope to reach 10,000 subscribers. In the Edo period, this was the highest point in the city center and a famous spot to overlook the town. “Don’t you have any food?” A 3-minute walk from Toranomon Hills. A charming, highly recommended shrine. I’m back at Toranomon Hills. The season where I can’t go without lip balm. My top recommendation is this Moreripu (More Lip). Moreripu is my savior in winter. It was here too. Over here. Found a convenience store with a woody atmosphere. The lineup has changed for autumn and winter. This is the first convenience store I’ve seen with a wooden floor. I wish I had a convenience store like this near my house! Crossing an impressive, 20-meter-wide pedestrian bridge to another building. Right inside the entrance. I found a humorous interior design shop. The crafts by contemporary artists are also wonderful. A donut shop whose aesthetic matches the store’s world view was also annexed. Found a line in the basement. It must be for this shop. The pumpkin and mascarpone Dorayaki seems to be popular. Sold out, sold out, sold out… I finally managed to buy one after waiting in line for 40 minutes. The size is amazing. It’s quite savory and very delicious. I understand why people wait in line for this. There was also a lovely interior shop in the basement. This car toy. The construction is very sturdy! I should give this as a baby shower gift next time. A flower shop with a colorful and cute atmosphere. I thought it was a pumpkin, but it’s a strawberry 🍓. Strawberry! 🍓 They apparently deliver flowers in a pizza box! It’s refreshing to see a flower shop with such a pop/vibrant atmosphere. The dining at Andaz Tokyo seems popular according to reviews. An entrance full of openness They moved me to a window seat midway through the meal! 👍️👍️ There’s one more cafe I wanted to visit. I couldn’t resist ordering the cheesecake. The marbling colors somehow reminded me of Munch (The Scream). Today, I’m strolling around Daikanyama. The new commercial complex in front of the station was architecturally designed by Kengo Kuma. Blue Bottle Coffee, very close to the station and a spacious area. This mug is cute~ Ta-da! I’m trying out a new camera for shooting starting today. Fluffy and creamy Caffe Latte, and the tangy avocado toast is exquisite. A commercial complex lined with bookstores, bakeries, and restaurants. At this Tsutaya Books, you can also have a Starbucks drink while reading a book. A shop with fresh organic vegetables and select ingredients. I’m excited because all the packages are ones I’ve never seen before. The wine label design is cute. Drinking herbal tea before bed has been my recent pleasure. I bought some herbal tea. I’ve come to the building right next door. A direct store of my favorite brand. They create fabrics in collaboration with factories and artisans across Japan. The textile patterns are mainly hand-drawn by the designer. It truly is “wearable Japanese craft”! The exhibition starting in November is also a must-see. Across the main street, there are two affiliated stores in the building directly opposite. Coincidentally, new work by my favorite glass artist had just arrived. They sell out quickly when announced on social media, so they quietly started selling them without an announcement. This store sells the brand’s textiles and miscellaneous goods. The store was buzzing with customers’ excitement! This is a children’s clothing store. My heart won’t stop fluttering over all the clothes I want my children to wear! The butterfly embroidered on the uniform lab coat was lovely. There was also a Nordic-style interior shop right next door. Minä Perhonen fabric here too! I came for lunch about a 5-minute walk away. You can have dishes made with branded pork from Canada. Very tender pork, and the aroma of Japanese spices is irresistible~ Thank you for the meal An art auction preview was being held. Yayoi Kusama! Now, what’s the estimated successful bid price? 50 million…? My eyes popped out and my jaw dropped. I can’t help but look at the estimated successful bid price 😆. I want this work by Hiroshi Sugimoto. Pumpkin again. A tableware brand whose concept lies at the boundary between handmade and product. I often see this brand’s tableware used in cafes. The box is also lovely, and it’s recommended as a gift. This teacup is also round and cute. It’s mass-produced, but it has the warmth of handmade work. Heading to a cafe very close by. This is a gallery and cafe. You can enjoy Danish vintage furniture and art. Every seat is spacious, making it feel luxurious! The cheesecake at this cafe was a cheese-flavored pound cake. It’s very moist and goes perfectly with Caffe Latte. I fell in love with this tray at the register at first sight. An exhibition by a Swedish ceramic artist was being held on the second floor. It’s too beautiful to actually use. I came to a very cheerful general store. It’s an interior goods manufacturer established in 1988. I like cool art, but I also love friendly general stores.
