and things just for comfort. Stretch the legs a little bit before continuing and then uh making our way into Oslo into our hotel which is right in the center. All right, so now we’re leaving Stockholm, Sweden. We’re on the bus and we’re heading to Norway. Oslo, Norway. It’s going to be a pretty long bus drive, but we’ll have some stops and see all the scenery along the way, so it should be good. I’ll put the left. It’s over. Headed out. Back on the road to Norway to Oslo, Norway. We got some stuff here. We’re going to try this one. Been seeing it. This one. I’m thinking this is iced tea. Not quite sure. I hope it is. What was that champagne cold stuff? Really? It’s not tea. What I suggest is if you like to come with me for a walk. Uh we’ll see if we can get across the road just here with the the broken sword which represents the the dissolution of Sweden and Norway. Norway getting their independence there. So they have that monument, they got the town hall building. The on the other side they have the cathedral. Uh it’s Protestant cathedral and it survived. It was one of the only buildings that survived uh the war time. No, not not the war, the fire, the great fire in town. Uh so that dates to the uh 1700s. So um we’ll meet back here 20. So Sweden. Still Sweden. I think so. Yeah. Carlsburg. Carlber Sweden. How did you know? Cuz she told us while you were sleeping. This is where Sweden and Norway had their independence. So, we’re standing at the back of the monument. You can go over there, of course, and see the the front of the monument. Uh, and then you can determine why you get to go to the ugliest monuments in in Sweden. We only have like 10 minutes left to eat. Swedish fast food. Yeah. Swedish fast food busters burger. Order it in at 12:43. Now it’s 10:05. Little over 20 minutes. Oh, and I got the sauce on my jeans. So, we got a hamburger with French fries and a drink with a combo meal and a chicken sandwich combo meal and then a ninepiece chicken nuggets. Just the nuggets costed $54 and it took 25 minutes to get. It’s like a McDonald’s type thing. So very slow, very expensive, but the very eager Norwegians will all be showing up at the shopping center there because everything’s cheaper in Sweden than it is in Norway. So everyone from Norway drives over the border so they can buy all their things much cheaper. at the rest stop. Next stop will be Norway. Mhm. Sweet wheels. Sweet wheels. Grocery store. Grocery store. Oh, yeah. Candy store. It smells so good. No, don’t do it. Cost $10. Sweden didn’t know. We’re going to be in Norway soon. Couple hours. And I love Norway. But there’s no strict passport control. But this is where we shall say farewell, goodbye to Sweden. And we’ll be saying, hey, welcome to Norway. There we have American. That is the beautiful welcome into Norway. Very good. It can be like a 40minute wait if you’re getting checked. They can ask for luggage off. They can ask for passport control check. They could weigh. Although this one We have uh it’s a ve ve dish for the main course and then uh I think it’s a cheesecake we’re looking at doing for the uh for the dessert. There’s a drink included with the meal whether that’s they’ll come around. What they’ll do is they’ll come around and offer a a wine. Usually they might say, “Would you like some white wine?” But if you’d prefer the red wine, of course, if you’d prefer a beer or if you’d prefer a non-alcoholic drink, you just let them know and they’ll come around with the other options for you as well. Okay, so we’re in Norway, Oslo, going to the first group dinner in Norway. So, it should be good. Cheers. I’ll even not fill it up. You got to take a picture. Take a picture.
