RESCUED by Truck Drivers in Cold and Rainy Alaska S9 EP 06 | Pakistan to Americas Motorcycle

So, you’re from Alaska? Yeah. Is it not too cold for you to bear? I’ll be used to it after a while. Some kind of roof to stay for half an hour or something like that, man. A roof? Yeah, a roof. Yeah, a roof. Well, we got a big shop down there. The camp is totally full of people. Where do you guys come from? I’m from Pakistan and I’m from Spain. Oh. So, today we have porridge, oatmeal, and along with it I brought some nuts from Pakistan. So, let’s mix these. I have fried apricot. It’s good to have it in the morning. Assalam O Alaikum everyone I hope you all are fine. We have packed our stuff early in the morning. We are getting late in the morning. Especially since I am traveling with Andres. Today is a very important day. We will reach Prudhoe today. It will be around 225 miles from here. It will take around 10 hours. There is a pass about 40-50 miles ahead. A few travelers told us that the area is quite muddy. It didn’t rain yesterday. Today the weather is cloudy. Hopefully if it doesn’t rain or snow, we can easily cross the pass. If it rains, we can face some issues due to the mud. Behind me is the hut where we stayed. This area is called Wise Man. There’re 2 hotels here. Apart from that, there are 4-5 houses, it’s not a big settlement. We won’t get fuel here. We got fuel from Coldfoot. We have carried some extra with us. I am facing one problem since morning. You may have noticed that when I make videos from here, the second angle looks good but the problem is that this camera is blocking the road. It seems weird. We tried all the available mounts. Unfortunately, I don’t have such an optimal mount for the camera. For now, I’ll use this for videography and will remove otherwise to get a clear view from the front. Later, I will order the mount from Amazon for interesting videos. I want to capture videos from 2-3 different angles. The stuff I brought is the one I used on my old motorcycle. That can’t be adjusted on it. Anyway, let’s keep going. I hope we will make good videos. This helmet mount looks so weird. This also looks so weird. I don’t understand anything. I will remove it while making the video. I have ordered the mount, till then I will have to wait. Just like Andres has mounted it, as the top of his helmet is comparatively straight. Mine is a bit curvy. (prayer for journey) May I have a safe and blessed day ahead. There is a forecast for rain today. It’s quite cold here. Look at this, I think this is someone’s house. Most likely, these might be the holiday homes. It’s a nice area along the riverside. Look at the way he’s shutting down the camera. I had an accident in Iran because of this camera. I’ve sworn off putting cameras at the back. If you are riding and you get distracted then you are in trouble. I fell like this. It’s very risky, the front camera is somehow manageable. It costs $5. Of course in Dead horse it costs $5 What a beautiful landscape of Alaska. Formerly, there were pine trees along the river. Now we are going towards the pass. There might be a small settlement there at the front. Public facilities are mentioned here but cannot see any. This setup is probably designed for people who work on the pipeline. This accommodation is built for those people. No one is here. They must’ve constructed a gas station too. Due to cold, autumn has begun. The colors of the trees and grass are changing. It’s golden. Everything behind was covered in greenery. Let’s check what’s here. So, you are from Alaska? Is it not too cold for you? You get used to it after a while. From which part of Alaska are you from sir? I lived in Fairbanks for 27 years. Now, I live in Eagle River, we passed it. Now I live in Anchorage area. These are the wild ones? Yeah, the wild ones. Yes, thank you so much. We are getting down from the pass. It was a small pass, I hope there won’t be any other section ahead. It was so cold and windy here. It’s quite slippery. Someone told me that the section after the pass is very slippery. So it appeared suddenly. Luckily, I wasn’t riding fast. His motorcycle also skidded a bit but his rear tire held up well. My motorcycle’s rear tire is just okay. I try to manage such sections smoothly. Let’s use the engine brake since it works well. It’s so cold here. We could not find any shelter to sit or to avoid rain or to make tea or coffee. There is no opportunity here. There are people with camper vans but it’s America. I’m afraid he might shoot me if I go to the camper van. Nobody offers a tea or coffee in their camper vans. Nothing like this happens here. Since this route is famous among travelers. There should have been travelers here, but we barely saw anyone. I saw a few of them yesterday on a motorcycle. We didn’t see anyone coming from there. Let’s try to keep ourselves warm. Trucks are passing by. Otherwise, I am not hopeful. The trucks go by really fast here. I can see some population here. Maybe we can find some shelter here. We should at least be able to fill the motorcycle with the gas we have. We will stop for a while if we could. I think this is for truckers. Do they have some kind of roof to stay for half an hour or something like that? A roof? We got a big shop down there. The camp is totally full of people. Do you guys need to dry out? Yeah a little bit, put the gas on the motorcycle. You know it’s raining, I don’t want the water to go inside. Let me fuel this truck up and then you guys can follow me. We got a big tent down there. You guys can pull in. Thank you Thank you We can ask for gas, if they have. Maybe we can spend the night here. Here? Why not? There are lots of truckers to talk to. I think they have made a small town for truckers who carry fuel and he has filled up his truck. He will fuel it up as well. The rain has messed us up. I’m thinking of staying here tonight if we get the opportunity. Rather than going ahead. They have made a fuel station here. Does it have petrol or diesel? He is fueling up now. His colleague asked us to follow him up. Due to such weather, I am ready to pitch up the tent as well if I get some indoor space. We can also sleep here. Here? Yes, we will pitch our tent. Where do you guys come from? I am from Pakistan and I am from Spain. Oh, quite a mix. Yes, we were traveling together earlier in China. Especially the Alaska part is getting harder. It is supposed to snow tonight. Is it going to snow tonight? Oh shit! Welcome to Alaska. Supposed to do this for a few more hours and then turn to snow. Then I think it’s supposed to be cloudy tomorrow and then rain tomorrow night. Are you from Alaska? I am from North Idaho. Hello, how are you, doing alright? Hi Thank you very much for helping us. No worries. Not the first bikers we have helped. So you are used to it now. Seeing the bikers struggling through the weather of Alaska. It is going to be like this. I am not sure if we should go ahead in such weather. It’ll start snowing here soon. Andres, what do you think? We were lucky. It’s too cold. I am shivering with cold. Did you hear what they said? It is supposed to snow tonight. After a few hours or so, they said. Heating has been turned on for us. The fire is lit. Let’s stay here tonight. All we need is heating. We have our cooking. We told them that we might not have enough fuel. He was such a nice guy. He said, we have fuel we can give you. I have 2 gallons and he has 1.25 gallons. I think we will reach as it is 110 miles away. If we are getting, let’s keep it for safety. We will refuel and carry these with us but I don’t think we have to worry about fuel. I am with Ryan in his truck. We are going to his camp. We should prepare our food. We might spend the night here because it’s cold and it’s going to snow. We have to ride for 2.5 hours. He said instead of going now it is better to stay and pitch the tent where they are staying. Their camp here has all the necessary facilities. We might prepare the food we have brought with us. Straight that door right there. Kitchen is right in there. Johnny is the cook’s name. Bathrooms are down the hallway. Thank you very much sir. Alright here comes the kitchen. It’s a small restaurant here. Are you from Alaska? No, I am from California. I live in Texas now. I just work in Alaska in the summer time. Isn’t it cold for you? Here? Not really? I lived in Alaska before and then I moved to Texas. Just recently last six months or so but I came here to work. Only in the summer, 3 months. Four I come here in May, June, July, August. Probably September, October I work 5 months straight. Every single day but I don’t work in the winter. That is a good thing. How are you doing? Good Johnny, nice to meet you. Andres And you? Abrar Yes Nice to meet you. Come right around. This one might have pork. You guys don’t eat pork. That’s beef. This is beef salad. Perfect This is salmon. So we don’t eat pork. Right there, put the gloves on. If you guys want juice or soda, it’s right in the other room . We don’t have a refrigerator. Thank you so much. Well that’s like everywhere now summer time in Alaska. They charge really high because of tourists and in the winter time it will go 50, 60 bucks. In the summer time 300, 400, 500 bucks It’s crazy. It’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. You can get more. Sorry? Was talking in Spanish. We are going to have food. A place to everything for free. I don’t know what combination I am making. This one? This is sauce. Mushroom sauce or something like that. This is chicken. That one is beef. That might have pork. My food choices are a bit weird. We eat what we get. This is mushroom sauce, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, fish and salad. Apart from that, they had chicken. Let’s eat. I’ve had salmon before, but never tried the smoked one until now. They offered me so, I decided to have it. It’s delicious. After having food, Ryan has brought us back to this camp. To provide us with the fuel. It doesn’t shut off automatically. If you want to turn the lights out, you can either kill the generator. It’s been a while. So, if you are scared of the dark, that’s okay too. Hate working at night by myself. Especially when there are big bears around. Thank you very much. We are done with the dinner. Night stay and fuel have also been arranged. I got the opportunity to enjoy the American hospitality for the first time. I felt great. Both were friendly. Carried us in the truck. Johnny the cook was an interesting person. He asked us to have breakfast before leaving. It depends on what kind of people you meet. As per my experience, usually people are friendly with travelers. At times, I am hesitant to talk to them. Some experiences aren’t that good, while others turn out amazing. The last spot where we requested a fuel canister, the people were quite rude there. So, it just depends. The experience here was really amazing. They not only served us meal but offered snacks too. Andres, show us the snacks. Not one but we have four chocolate bars. We have kitkat, we have this one and this one also. We also have banana and cereal. We have milk. We have everything to stay here. They gave us everything to stay here. We have fuel, we have everything. We can pitch our tent here. There is no heating system here so, they’ve provided a heater. This camp is for those who work on different gas pipelines. They have made multiple stations. They carry crude oil from Prudhoe Bay. Since there is no refinery. So, to run this area, they need diesel. 4500 trucks carry diesel from USA annually. There are trucks for road and pipeline maintenance. They are refueled and that’s why different stations are set up. People work here either for 4-5 months in summer or for the whole year. This setup remains open. The crude oil transported from Prudhoe Bay passes through this highway and all the maintenance work is done here. A worker told me that they are being paid $5000 per week. Which is $20,000 a month along with food and lodging facilities. Overall, life here is tough. Due to higher pay scale, people prefer to work here for 4-5 months to avoid working in the winter. Our beds are ready now. Andres is sitting here copying his data, which I also need to do. We have not pitched the tent. I’ve placed the sleeping mat on the base along with the sleeping bag which is heavy. So, I will sleep here comfortably. Since we’re sleeping early, we’ll try to get up early in the morning and leave. We have planned to have breakfast around 6:00 am. He has parked the big truck here. He will pick us at 6:00 am for breakfast. Let’s see what the next day brings. It was a good day today. Hope you must have liked the vlog. Of course, it’s cold. The weather is unpredictable. We might head to Prudhoe Bay if the weather gets better in the morning. Remember me in your prayers. 1.
    ❤❤❤

  2. Subject: Concerns of red flags

I have been following your channel for some time now, and I feel there are concerns to be addressed

It appears that you are living and traveling using resources and privileges connected to Germany — on a German passport — while presenting yourself primarily as a Pakistani traveler. You seem to move around the world very freely, which raises questions for many viewers and you are promoting a lot and with country flag.

in your recordings, as if there are things you prefer to keep off camera. This gives the impression that some aspects of your background or situation are being hidden, which creates confusion and raises red flags

I’ve been following your channel for a while, but I feel there are some concerns that need clarity. It seems you’re living and traveling with German privileges or a German passport, while promoting yourself mainly as a Pakistani traveler with flags,. You move around the world very freely, which raises questions and red flag.

At times, parts of your situation seem hidden or off camera, which creates red flags and lots doubts about transparency. and and you often appear very scared or uneasy while recording

  4. Guys believe me or not I've watched the hospitality of Americans in movies like Covinant(2023) but in a Vlog iam watching this 1st time v.impressed ❤❤❤

  5. 10:10 We have beautiful landscape in Pakistan too but not infrastructure like this. I wish we have such infrastructure on our mountains.
17:03 it happens only in our country bro. The beauty of our land is it's hospitality. Where every 2nd person will offer you tea.
Here they offered you a lot which was unexpected for me
